    Brilliant interview, love Big Ange. He's by far the most relatable manager. Has an old school mentality the likes of Shankly and Stein.

    I'm from the UK. Ange has been great for the premier league. He's different to most of the other managers. Has something of an aura about him. His press conferences are great as well.

    His respect for people is one of the things that is so obvious about him, in a press conference a few months back the reporter put himself down, Ange was straight in there don't say that about yourself, I love his passion approach to football, his brilliant humor but most his humanity.

    Well done Ange. Your DNA is South Melbourne. That is what has shaped you.

      And Puskas.

    • @KK-qi6mt
      @KK-qi6mt Місяць тому +2

      @@jase77. Not Puskas. Just South Melbourne and the fact that South Melbourne had to be best club in Victoria and Australia because that is what the fans and the Greek community that South Melbourne represented demanded.
      Puskas was a great psychologist but not the best tactician. The players wanted to play for him no doubt and they didn’t want to let him down the same way you don’t let your grand dad down. But that is as far as it went. It was a great time but Puskas did not define South Melbourne or Ange.

    I love Big Ange. Always will, but I’m astonished how little (if at all) Celtic were mentioned in his journey. He made the Premier League and hats off to him but let’s face it, that wouldn’t have happened any time soon without Celtic taking a chance on him. It really annoys me how much Scottish football is used as a stepping stone to England. So many managers and players have been subject to this. Very disrespectful.

      Ange's track record at all his clubs is that they were in dire straits when he took over, but ended up as Champions. He relishes the challenge at Spurs, and will achieve success including at least one trophy, don't you worry about that mate!
