Day 81 of Bright Line Eating bootcamp - Im a highly susceptible (food) addict. I just followed the fabulous plan and after 45 days my A1C went from a pre-diabetic 5.8 to normal range 5.2. My insulin and triglycerides also lowered into the normal range. I'm down a total of 40 pounds and feel good and hopeful. My food thoughts are minimal and I use all the tools Susan gives me in the moments they show up. I still cook all the things I did before for my family but I no longer eat or taste test. Instead, my family has become the tasters and its fun. I eat my bright healthy meals and love the patterns of my days! I could go on and on but just had to share in the comments of this video. I am so grateful that my naturopath recommended Bright Line Eating. This changed the path I was on and the results were immediate. So motivating!
My first live. I have found new freedom. I didn’t realize I had a food addiction problem. I knew I could lose weight, I was always able to do that, but I could never maintain because as soon as I gave in a little to my cravings, I would totally lose all restraint and binge. I could never feel full. I never understood how I could eat and eat and eat and never get full. Now that I eat no sugar or sweeteners or flour of any kind, I have been able to maintain my ideal weight. I have been doing this for 148 days!

Yes! My doctor said she was in full agreement with me being totally off of sugar and sweeteners and flour because food addiction is real!
