    nice work mate, a few missed shots, but some pretty epic shots as well, cool spot in the rock bridge there... Loads of sea Urchin on the rocks, any Abalone down there... Watching from New Zealand.

      Thank you for the support from afar! We can't take abalone here in Washington, they've been heavily overfished in the past

    Nice channel! Curious seal at the start of vid. Funny observation. Missing a few fish here and there is mandatory. It sucks but makes it all the better the times you hit 🎯 😁

    Wow, very jealous. We rarely get viz that good down in Oregon. Sad to see that there are some urchin barrens starting up there too. Subscribed

    • @MukADuck
      @MukADuck  Місяць тому +1

      Yeah the vis was insane! I was surprised to see the amount of urchins too. we still have a lot of healthy kelp forest, I just hope it stays just way. Most of the purple urchins were in the depth range that is limiting for kelp growth though.

    • @MukADuck

      Yup, just look for rocky substrate that scallops attach to. Also don't use a dive knife to pry scallops off rocks, you will break your knife (I've done it)

    siempre interesante ver la pesca en otros mares, aguas frías parecen y mucha fauna, habrá que vigilar a las focas para que no se coman el pescado supongo, parecen de la familia de los meros los peces

    To bad the only fish you can spearfish in Washington saltwater are lingcod and Cabazon

    • @MukADuck
      @MukADuck  Місяць тому +2

      There is a lot more than ling and cabs you can spearfish: perch, greenling, flounders and flatfish, rockfish, carp. Check the regs depending on your location, but there is a lot you can spear.

    • @bobbypatton4903
      @bobbypatton4903 Місяць тому +2
