Hey Peter - I found your UA-cam channel by chance a few weeks ago. After watching a few of your videos, I feel like we are really similar because I can relate to almost everything you're going through - it's like I've found my twin on UA-cam lol.
I am in my 30's too (a bit older than you though, late 30's) and feeling old like I wasted my 20's ... I'm struggling with depression and hair loss too. Everything you've said in your videos about your childhood sounds really similar to what happened with me also.
The cruel thing about life is that when I was younger (and better looking) I had no direction and wasted a tonne of time. Now that I'm a bit older, I feel like I'm finally starting to figure things out but it feels like it's too late ... It's harder to get a girlfriend at this age and things like hair loss start to creep up on you.
Anyway - I just wanted to say thanks so much for making these videos. I don't really have too much advice but I just wanted to let you know there's someone else out there in the world who is going through almost everything you are as well. I have a lot of respect for you sharing your journey the way you have and I hope you can keep on making more videos soon.

I just got out of a really dark time. theres been some great moments and also so many fuked up ones. it really does feel like theres more fuked up negative suffering moments vs positive but im hoping that if i hang in there . maybe elon musk can get his neruo link stuff happening and then i can just plug that shit into my head and control my chemicals! :D

I dont think you have depression, it more to do with stress. The Vietnamese expect you to do well at school , get a good job, buying a house , have a girlfriend. You dont have any of that , they consider you are fail in life. that when the stress come in and you compare yourself with others.

You're feeling down because you haven't established a stable career, found a wife, or settled into a home at this stage of your life. Many men experience this, and it's a common experience. I also sense that you pretend not to speak Vietnamese and act as if you struggle with the language. Anyway, good luck.
