MOW MY LAWN: TWEAKED - Caretaker Ultiel

Not going to lie, this is a much better fight than the original in my opinion. I always have issues with how the structure of Ultiel's fight is in the original: both the old and new ones of the original, but here seem to gain the right balance for players to handle either in a raid or solo. That came clear to me when I noticed that Ultiel gains more health the more players there are. The only issue I have with her is that her stomp attack doesn't have a lot of "oomph" really. It is just the crater of her stomp appearing instantly with no effect or sound from it. Feels off honestly.
