From Basenotes: Agarwood and Oudh (also spelled oud or aoud) are the same plant - Aqullaria Agallocha is the Latin name. Guiacwood is a different species (Bulnesia Sarmienti) and smells nothing like Agarwood. It has a rosy, honeyed-sweet and slightly smoky and waxy-oily slightly rubbery aroma. It is used often in tobacco scents.
True,the Fragrance doesn't list OUD but comes across like a OUD Fragrance and has OUD in the name. Probably should not have called Guiacwood OUD since it is not a true OUD ,but,often used. Thanks for catching it.👍

Hi Peter, this one sounds interesting, most Ferragamos are solid. I had the hole line of Acqua Essenziale( 3 flankers), Pour Homme F( 3 flankers) and Uomo line( 4 flankers), now I have just 4 Ferragamos. 1.Uomo Signature best in the line imo. 2.Acqua Essenciale Colonia,( A.E. and A.E. Blue are great, but I have better similar scents, for the price thought, these two are great). 3.F Black is great one, and a lot of people have it, I have few back up bottles from it for gifts. 4.F Pour Homme is nice and different freshie with good longivity( the 3rd one from the line Freetime is ok but weak longivity) The rest I gave away as presents to friends and relatives. Haven't tried Ferragamo P.H., Ferragamo P.H. Subtil. The new one with the rose note, I have a 8 ml. mini bottle, I don't like it. Share and comment...
This one seems divisive and suspicious in terms of frag com takes. I am a true oud lover and I've heard from the likes of Mark Robes that it has little to no oud and questionable projection and longevity. Bottle design is seriously dated like lost in time. Maybe if it gets lower on discounters I might check it out. Max Forti on the other hand really seemed to like it a lot. Nice review. Cheers.
I picked this up from Fragrancebuy.ca - I wish I didn’t. This SF Oud edition smells like you are smelling the inside of your wet, leather wristwatch band while taking a shit. Even through the opening, mid, full dry down - none of those “great notes” break through the wet leather shit smell. It is loud. It doesn’t smell any better along the day - it’s a scrubber.
It is a oud Fragrance with a strong tar scent. It's not everyone's cup of tea. Perhaps you can sell it online. That's the trouble with blind buys. I feel your pain .
I still get compliments after 8 hrs of using this parfum. Solid performer!

I think it's smells like coca cola with cinnamon no oud at all, longevity is bad- 2-3 hours. Nothing interesting imho
