Hi. Years ago I fainted due to. a sudden drop of blood pressure , and I had an out of body experience . I starting flying up to the ceiling and looking down on my body from above. My mom was trying to call my dad and an ambulance but I was screaming from above :" No mom don't call, I'm ok , I'm here , everything's fine" ,but she was not listening obviously. I felt my spiritual self to be in a bubble and I had panoramic 360 degree vision. Looking at my "lifeless" body from above I felt no connection to it. I felt superior,extremely free and blissful.
I came across your video Mila and wanted to say how incredible it is you talk so openly ♥️ depersonalisation is a scary bodily response which I have experienced myself. And I agree with you, you have to invite emotions into your body in order to experience them. There is a great poem called ‘the guest house’ by Rumi which I think you’d like 🤗

22:58. I had my boys young. At 19 and 21. They grew up and struggled with me. Now they are 23 and 21. I was judged but honestly I'm so glad I had them young. I truly would do it again. I struggled financially in my 20s while I was a mom. But in my 40s, I'm financially set! And still young enough to live life and not have to deal with small or young kids. I'm 43 and have friends with young kids or teens. I'm like eeeww! You're still going to parent for another 10 years or so??

Ukrainians have their own money too. All of my friends that moved to Europe are working and paying taxes to that countries. Some countries like Poland receive more taxes from us than they pay to our refugees overall. We love working, it is in out blood, although anyways there may be exceptions
