Just came across your video by accident, it is unclear how many reps are recommended for each exercise. Also are a minimum number of sets required?
@@mrneutral5081 Im glad you found me by accident, hopefully it was a good thing. I would recommend 2 sets of 12-15 repetitions on each movement.
