Try doing some stretches right before going to bed! I’ve been in your situation and nothing I took helped me to get that deep restful sleep. My best friend would tell me to stretch before bed but I never took it seriously. Then one day I was so desperate for sleep that I ended up doing some stretches - I was actually already in bed and couldn’t sleep and got up and did some relaxing body stretches and that worked! Give it a try. I hope it works for you too!
Hey queen, as a bonafied stoner I would recommend taking a low-dose cbd and indica edible vs. oil. Oil/smoking is going to give you a very immediate high which if you're not a regular smoker can be exciting for your system and cause your brain to go in all sorts of random directions. One of my family members with severe insomnia has a 10mg little cbd indica gummy about a half hour before they go to bed and knocks out. I have the same issue! It feels so refreshing to hear someone else say it! Around 1pm-2pm my body is like okay nap time! But when I'm out or at work I don't feel tired. Also even if I take a nap and wake up at 5pm around 9 pm I'm sleepy again, however if I do go to sleep I'm up by 2am and I just toss and turn. Sleeping pills don't work for me, my mind is still racing
Keemi, it could be nutrient deficiency or adrenal fatigue. Maybe a nighttime supplement with L-theanine and magnesium can help calm your mind and help with sleep. Alpha theta ultra PM is my favorite. If you can test your iron and vitamin d and b12/folate levels that could be helpful for fatigue!
If you like drinking tea try a cup of camomile tea. No caffeine and it helps me relax. The other thing is melatonin. Your body has it naturally but you can buy chewables and I've heard that works too. Hopefully this helps. I love watching your videos!

Massages before bed are also nice and can help. Not trying to freak you out, but you may also want to take a preggo test? A symptom of early pregnancy is feeling tiredness and trouble getting a good rest because of hormone changes.❤
I had hydroxyzine prescribed by a doctor before when I was having sleep issues and I still take it whenever I can't sleep or have anxiety at night. It's just an antihistamine so it's not addictive and doesn't have bad side effects. Knocks me right out too.

Weed actually does the opposite even though it “slows people down” it actually spikes anxiety and it can keep people up at night. there’s studies that supports people still not being to sleep or them feeling more anxious when they smoke. I suggest you tire your brain out by doing like word search puzzles or reading a book or a puzzle that doesn’t have any technology involvement 1-2 hours before bed so that your brain can be tired it sounds like that’s what’s keeping you up

Its best to have a full blood panel blood test done to check for anemia or any vitamin defiency. My first doctor told me I wasn't anemic n to just get more rest, I went to a Naturopathic doctor who ordered a blood panel test and I was so deficient in iron/ferritin thst my body was about to shut down. I'm grateful I went to another doctor. Hope everyone stays healthy🙏

Try melatonin or tart cherry juice before bed. Tart cherry juice increases sleep time and sleep efficiency for people with insomnia.
