We even got a Rin Mixtape just for this. Thank you mother
I genuinely have no idea what to say because its funny how HARD both generations are trying to stay relevant lmao
Also why is Gen Z at the centre of so much beef? Like genuinely what warranted this? Why are WE considered troublemakers lmaoooo it's just too good
I think it's because Zoomers are perceptive or insightful. Millennial beefs are usually projection or power struggles, same old, same old and boring. Gen X like being obnoxious, I don't think many Gen X will focus against Gen Z much.
honestly i think it's just because we're the current teenagers/young adults demographic. 10-15 years ago it was millennials ruining the world with their avocado toast and artificial diamonds, and 10-15 years from now it'll be gen alpha with.. whatever the latest nonsense is lol
I like to think that every gen x'er in this is planning everything on a facebook group when no one's looking, like an undercover organization 🤣
Really weird as a gen z kid who got beat up to see gen x kids bragging about how they did and we didn’t. Do you think people just… stopped hitting their kids?
5:17 If I’ve learned anything as an American in the past decade
It’s that our Florida shenanigans have been going international
We’ve always been a hot mess and the world was right to point and laugh because we are SHAMEFUL
But y’all are joining the madness
It’s not just American crazies anymore
We’re in this pandemonium together, sister
The disillusionment is not fun
Bro I can't bear to watch this its making my organs twist with cringe
beefing with your own kids is crazy
i keep trying to write a comment about how or why millennials are on team gen z that doesn't sound as gravely serious as a 68 year old with a villain filter on telling us about how she's tough as nails because unlike kids these days she isn't offended by bigotry that isn't targeted at her (even though sometimes it's targeted at her kids who don't speak to her), but it keeps coming out like this
From my perspective Gen X hates bigotry but aren't scared of looking bigoted. We don't drive people onto places like 4 chan where they get worse because we aren't worried about guilt by association.
‘91 millennial here and did not know all this was happening 😂 i’ll just stay in the older-zoomer/younger-millennial table watching commentary youtube n spongebob tyyy
"They are mad street smart." My jaw dropped and I laughed. I can't take this lady seriously with her suburban tough act. PLEASE.
What is even happening….. also the filters are so goofy 😭
They had to play a public service Announcement EVERYDAY at 10pm asking if the parents knew where their kids were, Simply because parents would lose their kids and didn’t know where they went.
"emotionally tough" i made a joke about queen elizabeth's death and my mom blew up at me and cried about how disrespectful i am.
we are filipino.
"you're beefing with a bunch of 60 year olds"
my question is why are 60 year olds beefing with gen Z? the eldest of us aren't even in our 30s yet and the youngest of us are entering highschool. we're a bunch of babies compared to gen X. grown ass adults are beefing with CHILDREN.
I'm Gen X and I truly believe the issue is that most of us needed therapy a long time ago, but grew up in a time when it was largely frowned upon.
But it's not too late, my fellow X-ers!
"Gen Z can't hop a fence!" Yeah! We're tired we don't want to! Our bodies are shutting down and breaking apart just by standing up!
Fr we have too many microplastics in our bones to hop fences
quoting my gen x mom after sharing this with her: "god dammit, not this shit. we've got enough going on without piling on more drama."
Doesn't the lady at 4:01 know that our generation witnessed a submarine imploding, Corona, 2 Wars, Genocides and much more....
That too genocides and wars on live-stream. Not just hearing about it from the other side of the wall
This is concerning, imagine being a full grown adult seeking war against people who are mostly still minors
Why do Gen X think they're the most strongest, smartest, responsible, respected, etc. When the Silent Generation is literally still around
y’all raised us, y’all made us this way😭
gen x fighting imaginary battles🫤
literally blaming their kids for the way THEY raised us.
Every generation has their issues. No generation is better than the other there is just differences. I'm a young millennial with a boomer mother and Gen X siblings I did grow up neglected staying out alone without a phone until after dark.
And NO Generation is unbothered.
I didn't know about the Gen X invasion... Feeling: unbothered!
I actually feel so sorry for them like,,,they just need a hug, this is a cry for help
