All the hard works put in setting up just for 2.5 hrs of business hrs 😨. They are all very dedicated and motivated i would say and deserve our upmost respect and encouragement that such unique culture still exists.👍
But it’s a stressful workforce and not very happy...never anytime for personal time or with family !
@@123arcadia my hubby & I live in England & his work hours take up all our time, we barely get a few hours a day, even weekends. The pay is good but I’m not sure if it makes up for the lack of social time as it feels as if we each live in our own particular bubble rather than living together as a family. I’m not happy at all but I am grateful for having adequate income to live comfortably. I guess it’s not easy to strike a balance for many of us.
just 2.5 hour for business daily? poor to them.. not worth it.. 😥😥😥
6 hrs in my country
Because of the pandemic the government shortened their business hours. I think their time is usually 5pm to past midnight before pandemic
Wow!! As hard as they work to get all of that ready, makes me want to travel there just to eat at their place.
so much hardwork during this pandemic... i hope these business never fade and i get a chance to visit someday❤
I hope the government relaxes the rules. These seem like a great option that people really enjoy. They work so hard!!
This is very good. The amount of work that goes into the meal we eat is enormous. Sheer respect for these guys ❤️
I admire these guys so much work before they can even start doing bussines nice they keep culture ❤️👊🏻
Setup videos like this is why i started watching this channel. Really love the vids :)
I am exhausted just by watching this setup (which is already edited). OMG if they don't have people SOLID for 2.5 hours I'm gonna cry
This just makes me want to visit them and eat all the food I can taste just to support these guys. Mad respect!
You will get uric acid if you cant control what you eat
It's really cool how there are allocations for power and water at the spots they occupy. Truly awesome for the gov't to provide that.
Not to mention access to the sewer line for greywater: 9:00
Fghj
du
I’m dying to know how much they actually make to see if this is all worth it
This is insane. How can you do this every day??
Having to rebuild my workplace every day just to start earning money would absolutely kill my motivation to live.
I appreciate & salute there people's discipline & cleanliness. after so much things used there , people keep that area very cleaned as it was.
i Love to see these Yatai guys at work (and all of the others that this channel shows). Such hard working, genuine, industrious, creative and talented people. i would certainly use them everyday for my evening meal to support their businesses, because the food looks so tasty and the service looks so very personable.
Makes me want to move to Japan.
Many thanks for sharing this wonderful part of the Japanese culture.
Wow, what a dedicated young man. Great job.
they are truly hardworking people im truly respect on them❤️❤️
How can this be called a business. After setting up and getting everything organised for the day you only have 2.5 hour window to try and make you're income. Not worth it in my eyes but so much admiration and respect to these hard working individuals.
Thank you for the subtitle! It helps a foreigner like me a lot.
Yes agree. We can understand more.
I can never do something like this. The setup and breakdown are exhausting
It's amazing what comes out of these small food carts. A little kitchen. 🍜 Then putting it back together same routine everyday Much Respect to you guys from 👍🇺🇲🇺🇲
2.5 hours available window to operate? I'm sure I must be missing something. Dedication to be sure, but having your ability to run your stall curtailed to that degree has to be a bit soul crushing. Could be COVID measures, so I hope they're able to stick it out a while longer.
Yes. Very strange. They should extend the hours. That way people don't have to rush and cram together to get a meal. If they feel they are more at risk (such as the elderly) this would let them go at a time when it is less busy.
That was the fastest assembly time I've seen on UA-cam. I think they should be aloud longer than 2 hours for business. Good job 👏 👍 👌.
1. Very Limited hours
2. Road usage fee
3. Need permission
How kind Japanese govt. is... Sigh...
High living expenses, limited amount of incomes...
I hope they'll keep thriving with all of those situations..
you missed out they are right next to the road breathing in every thing that comes out of the cars and vans for them hours
With very poor time management and awful mental health
I wonder how much all the yatai equipment cost? I wish I could go there to visit, It's another level of nightlife to experience!
only allowed to open for 2.5hrs! i really hope we can go back to normal next yr.
They are allowed to be open for 4 hours starting at 5pm. I’m guessing with the set up and break down they only have time to serve people for 2.5 hours
The local government shld support this bunch of young food street vendor entrepreneur to obtain an food truck with fully equipment kitchen facilities. The only need to set up chair n tables or an weather proof shelter will be kind gesture to them. It a rarely street screen to see in Japan. May good prospects business to the young man.
Looks like a tough job - nice work
1:50 I think it's about time they change those wooden mats. lol
Thats a lot of hard work for a few hours of business only. Keep it up !!
Got the set up down to a fine art 😊
They mean business! They all know what to do and fast!
Umm, I can see a huge level of dedication, but I always wonder if they make enough money to survive.
Tell japanese govt to increase business hours to 5-6 hour.
This an order
I really hope it was a typographical error.. I mean, 2 1/2 hours of business time? OMG. The dedication is very high for them. much respect!
4:10 &9:00 Holy crap--it's The Kitchen Sink!!😂
I'm so hungry, geesh everything looks amazing 👏 😍. Love these videos
Great job, 😻😻
All of this is only for 2 hours and a half? Their business hours got shorten way too much. I hope it will all work out for them.
That assembly is incredible
I want to go to Japan 🇯🇵
My fav food truck street foods! Simple delicious affordable to my budget too! Simple people but also profitable business esp after pandemic every people are in their tight budget !
Ellerini yikadi duasını etti ve işinde ne kadar başarılı çalışkan akıllı tertipli helal olsun sana japon kardesim hayran kaldim bilgine becerikliligine
How long does it take for them to finish? With all those cuts and without real-time filming, we can't tell. Maybe put a timer at the video to tell us?
Amazing operation !
In the Philippines we call it KARITON in english means cart. Im surprised to see such thing in japan. I can't imagine the man pulling it all by herself. Shows the hardwork of small entrepreneur in Japan.👏
Fusk christmas
Fusk jijus
I like that geeky laugh ...
I am so hungry! Good job men. Well done!
More video set up stall like this please
That is hard work.

I like how everything fits into little cart of there’s I’m speechless
I don’t understand Japanese , they make the best cars .
But their foods cart is so old school.
I don't know how they do it, there's four of them and they only have 2.5 hours! Seriously you have to make a lot of money in that two hours to be able to pay 4 people living expenses.
You have to have so many customers or those who buy a lot to be able to pay for all the expenses plus 4 people worth of living expenses, this is crazy!
I like seeing all the work they put in there, a lot of food, a nice oden, Ramen with a nice thick pork broth!
I can only wish them all the best but I can put my hand up that I'm one of the many out there who thinks this is way too stressful! lots of work to prep just for 2.5 hours of service with the aim in the mind that they have to make so much to pay for everything!
The food looks very nice!
Wait wait wait wait wait wait they did all that to be open for
2 1/2 hours! Oh man!
👍👍👍
Nice video, keep it up
you are the first man / person I seen to pray before you officially opened for business;'
GOD bless your soul.
I pray to my GOD, the one true living GOD of all creation to bless your business
bountifully, and that all you put your hands to do will be blessed of GOD
in all your works. amen. Jesus is the LORD GOD over my life.
GOD Bless you and yours.
wow! hard work…
Ewery day 24•7•52=??? Love hard work. Sweden 🇸🇪
I love street food 🍱 🍲🇯🇵
2.5 hours of business does not seem like a long time that is a hard constraint. Also, it would be nice if you explained with text was each dish was as they served it.
Konnichiwa! Arigato Gozaimazen!
Can they earn an income with that short of a working window
"Uber" **hardworking / hardly *wealthy folk, I wonder, how "well" *they eat? Do they make *sure to eat with density of nutrition, lots of antioxidants? It would be fascinating to interview them/question, as to whether that is part of their subculture - or, is it so grueling/survival-oriented, that their eating becomes (and has been generationally?) calorie-based only, and pretty thoughtless in so far as the quality they put in to their bodies? That's a complete topic right there. Thank you, as always, for the interesting footage.
Good very job cook China 😀
@@mikeford3383 It is Japan.
Nice video
I love u i love japan😘
Try bais ply tires, they roll much easier than radials & they handle weight better !!!! 😊
I dunno what you're eating, but I like the cat plate 🐱
Wow nice to see you again hahaha yeah ,,,ppark like to see it
Seems a hot dog cart would have a competitive advantage. Just roll up and start selling hot dogs during the 20-30 minutes it takes to set up the legit stands. Inferior product, but if people are hungry at 5:00pm they can have an option.
1 free Ramen for a Jab HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I wonder what time they always open and what time do they close?
You video is good
ok we have a 4 hr of being open a day. you have to earn enough money in this time to pay 3 people wages enough to live on.
to have to pay the government for letting you use there streets. you have to buy the food and drink to sell. and the power and gas to cook it.
You have to put up and take down every day. I simply can not see the point to this. the amount of money you can make is just too small
why not just get a small outlet / shop and then you save the moving and putting up and down every day
And take it this has to be done in any weather rain and shine, summer and winter.
Wow,awsome
Why is it 2 hours and half in the Philippines whole night or even start from 3:pm late noon till 1-3am dawn the street food business in our place. I hope the government give them long hour to get a high cash and more costumers.
For some reason this reminded me of the free lunch scene in The 5th Element.
These foods looks better than the ones in the restaurants
If i got chance to go in japan. I would find them and eat their every day.
How do you charge for this electricity?
do they pay monthly fee or do they just need the government's permission only for opening a business on the street??
Nice 👍
Wow so beautiful from Fiji lsland Labasa
Wish i knew how to cook Restraunt grade food...id love to set something like this up Downtown, would probably make a killing to..cause nothing like it exists we only got food trucks
2,5 hours is too short. I think the government should give them 4 hours...
but Japan is very strict, for good reason
How long set up the shop everyday?
Can use the public electricity for the shop? is legal?
I feel inquisitive😮😮😮😮
