I watched the video, in the most optimistic numbers they can host a maximum of 50 customers a day, and with an average order of 15 dollars, it makes 750 dollars a day. It is impossible to understand how 3 people can make money from this job. Do they also get money from the state?

本当に美味しい屋台だとしたら、パッと儲けてサッと店構えるはずなんだけどな〜いつまでも屋台の意味に闇深さを拭いきれません。
儲けたら店を構えるはずってのはおまえの考え方なだけだろ。
みんながみんなそれを目指してるとは限らんし
屋台の雰囲気が好きであえて続ける人もいるだろうよ。
店を持つために屋台で資金稼ぎをしているとしか思えない思考能力は、かわいそうですらある。
なら最初から店出すわw好きだから屋台営業なんだよ！
