This is definitely not beneficial to the both of them . Beef between female artist doesn’t usually translate as well compared to beef between males artist . Beef between male artists = sales , beef between female artist usually ends up with one getting bullied and attacked . I like both women , because unlike most black people I don’t fall into the “their can only be one black girl at a time “ mentality …. However I’ve seen Normani getting attacked more online than Chloe , people are attacking Normani for her singing , her looks , and everything else . Sonically chloe’s song sounds like ungodly hour 2.0 which is why I’m much concerned because ungodly hour was full of bops but had poor reception from the general public. When Normani puts out stuff, she gets a buzz and everyone talking about whatever she’s putting out. When Chloe put’s out stuff, she times it to step on Normani’s buzz so that Chloe’s stuff gets talked about. Chloe had that “Flexing on my Ex” stuff. But she didn’t do anything with it, because her and her team are insecure about her putting out something without it being a competition against Normani. Chloe has talent, but she and her people need to release stuff when it’s ready and not waiting to see what Normani is going to do and try to step on it. Until she does, some people won’t rock with her because it’s just too obvious. That’s why her last song didn’t make higher than 20. Chloe has a lot push and gets a lot of bookings. She needs to use it for just promoting good music instead of trying to compete or squash other people’s buzz.
