The keys to pay off your house faster: 1.- Don't buy more house than you need. A larger house requires more maintenance, more furniture. 2.- Don't buy with all your available credit because you "qualify". Big mortgage will take longer to pay. An expensive house pay more property taxes and insurance. 3.- Don't buy an old house. Old houses need more maintenance. 4.- After paying off all other debt, throw everything at your mortgage (stimulus checks, bonuses, overtime, 2nd job).
Some or most older homes are built better than the brand new ones built in the last 8 years. So I wouldn’t completely stay away from an older home if it’s a major bargain, plumbing might be the worse thing to experience in buying an older home, then windows, and HVAC.
We bought an older house that was over 200k in savings vs a newly built home , that could fit us and our parents. We had rented a new home, And saw there was a huge difference in value.(all brick vs a builder grade with basic siding )
The issue is that either the renter or the owner must in some way pay insurance and property taxes if they want a "permanent roof" with utilities like electricity, gas and water. Because of this, many people-at least in California, where I currently reside-are living in tents. No taxes, rent, mortgages, or insurance. The number of people who tell me they live in their car that I meet amazes me. Its crazy out here!
It’s getting wild by the day. The prices of homes are quite ridiculous and Mortgage prices has been skyrocketing on a roll(currently over 7%). Sometimes i wonder if to just invest my spare cash into the stock market and wait for a housing crash or just go ahead to buy a home anyways.
I get such worries too. I'm 50 and retiring early. Already worried of the future and where its headed, especially in terms of financies and how to get by. I'm also considering making my first investment in the stock market, but how can I do so given that the market has been in a mess for the majority of the year?
Personally, I can connect to that. When I began working with "Catherine Morrison Evans," a fiduciary financial counsellor, my advantages were certain. In these circumstances, I would always advise getting professional help so they can steer you through choppy markets and just give you indicators and strategies for knowing when to enter and exit the market.
Please how do I connect to her? My funds are being murdered by inflation, and I'm looking for a more profitable investing strategy to put them to work.
My advisor is ‘’Catherine Morrison Evans’’ she’s highly qualified and experienced in the financial market. She has extensive knowledge of portfolio diversity and is considered an expert in the field. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market

But if you work hard it can be done!!! Lots of "sacrifice" is KEY!!!

I know that some people aren’t going to like to hear this, but I pay my card in full every month and the points that are accumulated throughout the year doesn’t go to travel, flights, hotels, or shopping; etc. The points goes 💯 percent towards my mortgage. Hello- Looking forward to watching. Anthony, I enjoyed watching you on Ramsey channel! 👋🇺🇸
i don't call it a budget. i call it my "spending plan." i don't like the word "budget"
It feels good to hear these conversations! I ❤️ it!!
Nice Video!! Very engaging from beginning to the end. Investment like forex and Crypto market. Is way better than any online investment 💯
I wanted to invest more on Digital currency (BITCOIN ) but the fluctuations in BITCOIN. Value discouraged me into dumping.
@@elizabethtwomey681 That's why you need the help of a professional who trade and understand the market more to earn good income. These professionals understand the markets like it's there own farm and makes maximum profits for investors.
I'll recommend Expert mrs pamela Kay Weaver. to you. She's the best ive seen. She trades my fx account and makes me good profits weekly
Wow you guys really know expert Pamela Kay Weaver...? I'm a living testimony of expert Pamela's she has been trading for me for months now
She trades for me too. My first investment with Mrs Pamela Weaver gave me profit over £25,000 and ever since then I trade with her and it has been a good turnups
I used my credit card for vacation expenses. I paid them off monthly and made requests annually to waive the fee. They closed my account 😄 and told me that I'd have to reapply.
Sausage tomato and rice, I'm bout to make that today! Thank you.
Anthony, I'm curious what your thoughts are on Velocity Banking system? I'd love to see a show with you and Denzel Napoleon Rodriguez on that topic. He's on UA-cam under that name. The process is working really well for me. I'm single, so its just one income and my only debt now is my home. By the grace of God, I'm hoping to have my mortgage paid off by the end of this year. $51k to go!!🙌🏽
How’s it going? Have you paid it off, or about to?
@@jayd4391 Soon. I've taken the last 3 months off from work. Still $30k to go. So close, yet so far. Lol.
@@reesycasi I hear you. You’ll get there before you know it. I believe that there is is more than method to paying off your mortgage as long responsible in doing so. I use the velocity banking method paying my mortgage and principal excess with a credit card and it’s been working well for me as well too!
Great Podcast! Super sweet couple. Great to see such a success. Inspirational.

That's how I feel about expensive bags. There was times were I jad the money and goal to get a LV but once I went in I just couldn't give that much money for one bag. When I could get 3 other name brand bags. Lol
Knowledge is power. Period.

Do you have a clips channel that I'm missing? I can't sit and watch the whole show usually, but would love to hear clips for specific topics.
