It just works … I have been able to charge my laptops with ease. I never experienced any challenges with this device. Can charge laptop plus a phone at the same time

How do you charge the powerbank ? Or how can you be sure it’s charging ? I don’t see any light in it when I charge it with the white adapter. There’s only a red light on the adapter itself , does that mean it’s charging ?
When the light is red on the white it’s means it charging and when it’s green it means it’s full.
There are 4 lights on the battery bank … each light represents 25% of power.
The moment you plug it in you can turn it so you can how far it is
Bought mine yesterday but it doesn’t want to switch on. When I charge it the battery light is green but when it’s off charge nothing happens

Thanks for your video! How does one get hold of someone at Lalela...? I cannot find a link, phone number, email or address... please help! I just love the idea that one can charge and discharge a laptop with an additional power of 2.5 hours during loadshedding!! My laptop runs for an hour then my battery is dead. So when i learned about Lalela GW17500C Universal Laptop Power Bank & that it gives juice for an additional 2.5hours & charging and discharging, I tried contacting the company, Lalela... please assist. @@DKDEFT It charged up and all is well since then. Works like a charm and can go up to almost 4 hours on my laptop. I highly recommend it.
