You’re such an amazing inspiration! I used to run before I was diagnosed in 2018, and have had it come back 6 times in various places since then. I get so down sometimes because of the damage all the accumulation of chemo has done to me. Some days I barely have the energy to get out of bed yet alone train again! You give me hope though. Tysm for sharing your story and giving me hope! Bless you sweetheart! 🙏🏻🥰🙏🏻
Everyone’s mountain to climb looks a little different. 6 recurrences is rough physically, but also mentally. Start small and just focus on taking advantage of the good days. It feels like you’re starting with zero fitness, but hang in there 💪🏼💙
Hi from Australia, I'm also a CRC survivor. It's quite new for me - my illeostomy reversal surgery was 3 months ago. Your chanel has been so helpful to me, thank you so much 💙💙💙
Congratulations! 🎉 This is so amazing to hear! I’m three weeks out from my reversal and have been getting anxious about getting back to running…and life in general. So great to see a fellow survivor being active and having the ability to crush an amazing run! Thank you for sharing your experiences!
I've been diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer back in march and been on chemo since June. Only 2 more treatments to go then 5 weeks of radiation. You are my inspiration and cant wait to be rid of this cancer and hopefully get reversed!!
Hi jelena... i love your videos ,really help me. How is your lars.. and are you able to eat lots of salad after your resection . I am very similar to you.
What an awesome accomplishment! Love the blue hair. Thanks for sharing a fabulous view.

Such an amazing story, such an amazing race. Praying for your continued victories, especially over cancer. Did my own Ascent in '22.

I can’t eat large amounts of leafy lettuces, but spinach many times doesn’t bother me.
Have your CEA levels ever fluctuated or risen since you have had your reversal?
They fluctuated a little bit, but always within the normal range.
