Good work! Seven Bridges clip led here.. volunteered for summit aid station days before the '19 Ascent. Wasn't running or attending due to crowding...then heard official traffic only until noon that Saturday. Sold! Breakfast, tshirt, ride up for Green Flash cloud cover sunrise with donut goats, got to help a few people & had a fantastic walk down.
1 negative voter either hates pikes peak, or is one of the walking people you had to pass on those narrow trails lol. This is absolutely amazing, Trevor! HUGE congrats on this man, you took this challenge and crushed it! So proud of you man, keep it up!!!
I sure was happy to make it. I think the biggest part about achieving this goal is making sure you can get to the cut-off points in time. i trained really hard with those cut-off times goals in mind. good luck to you!!
Great video and excellent job completing the race!! I was wondering if it possible to hike the Barr Trail the day of the race (if I leave very early)? I'm coming to Manitou Springs to be around for the Marathon the next day and would like to hike the trail to the peak and back on Saturday. Congrats again!
i be at pikes peak in 2 months and taking the train up. i want to do a trail down to the bottom. is that possible for a day trip or will hiking down be longer then taking train back down.

Thank you so much for making this video. Now I have an idea of what it will take to achieve this goal.

Well this is a late reply. I apologize. I'm sure youre aware now, but the Ascent has been cancelled for 2020

Thank you for sharing your video! I was looking for a video with a time that's a little more reachable for me -- Thank you!
Im glad it was helpful for you!
Congratulations!
Joseph Kahlich thank you very much
Ok seriously where do I know y’all from, you look just like my friend Tyler and his sister too
What’s his last name? What part of the country?
And to imagine cars get up there in less than 10 minutes
Not many cars - very few professional drivers with high performance vehicles, but yes impressive. record is 7 min 57 sec set in 2018. Mind blowing
👌👌👌✌️✌️✌️
Hah. Ran this 4 times back in the 80’s. Nobody carried water, much less wore a backpack.
good job! That's impressive
