Excellent presentation. Honda should recall and fix these issues for all vehicle's before customers approach the CONSUMER COURTS.

I would like to tell you something,
      1. they can't recall and fix these issues easily because they have to modify the entire door structure or shape. Instead they can provide damping or sound absorption foams.
      2. We can't approach consumer court because the existing noise level/decible values are already given in user manual.
      3. I don't want an award from them 😜, i need a reward to do damping at after market😅

Very good analysis @Vicky, thank you. Honda India thought they can befool Indian car owners who have been carried away by Honda City sedan reputation in India, and tried to compromise on the build quality of Elevate.
Honda must retrofit additional door seals and door damping to prevent noise issue in all Elevate cars sold till date in India with a one time recall.
Otherwise not only Honda India's reputation is at stake, their market presence will further diminish to become non-significant automobile brand in our country.
On 28th Sep '24 (yesterday), I was driving my Elevate Vx CVT (run almost 7000 km), on the new Hosur Dharmapuri highway. Being a newly made highway there are no trees or buildings on either side of the road and not many vehicles plying on this road, many patches are almost an empty deserted stretch.
During this drive Terrible sound heard from under the Elevate, at speed about 90 kmph, never heard such a sound before.
My wife (she is a co-driver in our long car trips) started shouting. We got down from the car and checked all accessible areas, including car bottom, nothing unusal was found. Continued the drive at a lower speed, there was some sound continously. After entering the old Salem highway the noise reduced to minimum. The empty roads and high cross wind-flow on the new highway could have been the cause of heavy noise.
I drive Bengaluru to my hometown in Kerala almost every month, but travelled on this new highway for the first time.
Such a noisy experience is the first time in my entire driving experience over my 34 years plus with more than 3 lakh kilometres in own car and many more km in multiple vehicles which I have used in my Indian Armed Forces career. My previously owned cars started from M800, Ford Ikon 1.6, Ertiga Zxi and each of them done almost 1 lakh kilometer plus and never had a breakdown while driving (other than minor issues like tyre punctures).
Hope Honda India listens to the Noise plight of Elevate owners and plan a Fix to these issues, with a one time recall.

Thanks for your appreciation and sharing your experience.
I shared similar kind of experience in FB Honda group within 3 days of purchase and on my 1st highway ride.
My wife told me to stop the car since she could not able to speak properly in teams meeting call. FYI, at that time i was driving at 65 to 70 speed range, since its a new vehicle.
      Lets hope for the best.

@Vicky, Further to my comment yesterday on the noise incident reported in my Elevate on 28th Sep; today ( 30th Sep) took my Elevate to Honda Service centre for a general checkup especially underbody area.
Car was lifted and thoroughly checked by the Honda Service team (free of cost), no abnormalities noticed by them. They also opined that, the abnormal noise could have been from the cross winds on empty patch on the new highway.
Good respite to know that, it is a build defect comon to all Elevate cars and nothing wrong with my car. Hope this gets reflected with the Honda India management, for a solution to the cabin noise plight of Elevate owners. The recall for rectifying the issue can be on a payment model also, therfore it can be an option for the Elevate customers to decide.

Everybody hailing this guy! The sound only entered when someone was speaking into the tube. In real life no one is holding a tube when you are driving.

The main motive of this video is to help the users with how the sound is entering inside the cabin. So that they can take any step according to their wish. This is an example. I did it in standing condition. So we can imagine, at high speed this is how road noise and wind noise enter into the cabin. I used a tube because I can't go near that location and make more sound like type noise or wind noise.

When the front doors of Elevate are opened, there is only a thin metal kind of strip between the fender & door hinges. However other cars like Toyota Hyryder, Creta & even Brezza (I have personally checked them....... other cars may also have it, I am sure!) have a thick foam lining on top of this thin metal strip which obviously insulates the cabin by reducing the tire noise coming seeping in through this space! This foam lining is missing in Elevate as well as in Amaze too which raises the noise level inside the cabin.
If installed, it would not cost more than a couple of hundred bucks to Honda!!

Upload a follow up video once you are done with damping or any kind of insulation on the improvements.
