Using Corn Flakes as a topping is such a neat idea, I would never have thought of that...the brownies look amazing and great job making the Caramel, it's much easier to make than I thought.

The recipe looks awesome. I wanted to let you know that it is important to bloom the cocoa powder prior to adding it into the other ingredients when you make any desserts, it increases the flavour profile. What you have to do is add a hot liquid(water) to the cocoa powder and stir. Then let it sit for a few minutes, this removes any clumps and intensifies the flavour. I use this technique in my cookies and brownies. You can use it for cakes as well.
