The tests done by the doctors wouldn't be able to diagnose a lot of digestive issues. It was all blood tests. It's possible her stomach empties too fast so her body doesn't absorb much of what she eats. It requires specialized tests to diagnose. But at least the blood tests showed that she's getting enough nutrients and generally healthy.

Eating fast is actually correct. It takes 20 minutes for your brain to get the message your stomach’s full so it’s those 20mins that you have to work with to eat the most possible, then you start to slow down.

Im an avid tzuyang watcher and she also takes a long time to eat finish but she'll never get full and she can keep eating more even when she finish cuz she digest so fast , and sometime the video she couldnt bc the store is about to close or she has to leave soon and just pack the food and go home and eat/ share . I think its because of asia size. In asia we eat like humongous portions daily as we mainly eat rice. That make our stomach more stretchy and digest faster. Its like training our stomach unintentionally and we have to work really hard just for a few bucks so that prob why we don't get fat that much. Just for more info : my uncle can eat like 5 packs of instant ramen in 1 sitting and he looks like he don't get to eat enough
