My cousin said she watches this channel so I gave it a try. And I struggled to eat and was sick. And it kept getting worse when my stomach rejected the food I was eating. I was sad and changed my diet. But when I watched her eat I could only imagine the food the way she described them. Made me forget and I began to adjust nicely to my new diet thanks to this channel. I am now able to eat the foods I couldn't eat. But when I feel sick I often watch this channel and helps me a lot. Even when i go through depression and I refuse to eat, when I watch this channel I actually get hungry and want to go out or try to cook for myself or to try to better my health so I can eat these types of food again.
