Awesome video! Brings back many memories. We used to ride Nisene years ago, from about 92-98. Favorite ride was from the Aptos parking lot up the fire road to Sand Point Overlook then down the Westridge trail.
Great video CoreyMTB, You're likeable and you have a nice, easy to listen to voice, good camera angle. Keep up the good work, looking forward to more videos. Subscribed
Any trail trail bikes that are well built, whether it's hardtail or full suspension is preferences for most trails. I had a hardtail because they tend to be much cheaper but if you have the budget for it go for a full suspension
2 year after reply lol I shuttle Niscene all the time. Park one car at Buzzard Lagoon and the other Olive springs quary. You can hit Bosshog, Yellow Jacket, 911, Hatchet and more.

Thanks for the feedback. Many more videos coming up, I am just very slow and don't like doing the editing part.
btw. awesome video. Please do more content like this!
That secret trail is rugged and tight! Up and Down.
It was def rugged and tight. At that time the shuttles hadn't been running... I'd guess when shuttles are an option it gets more worn in.
you go up the secret trail? might have to give it a shot next time i have enough time
@@prisonmike4491 I'm gonna have to go back when it gets cool/cold. The bugs get to me.
What was the final mileage & el. ?
33 miles and 5,200 ft. Strava link is in the description.
What are considered great bikes for these

A 5-6" travel full suspension like the Specialized Stumpjumper (my ride) or a YT Jeffsy would is good. You could do a hard tail though.
"So-kell" pronounce q as K
Wait, shuttle? How the hell do you shuttle up this shit? I've been pedalling up for 3 years now. lol.
Apparently a shop down near the entry to Nisene Shuttle ups.
