Raja had it right about Yvie -- that grit, that cheap material, that quirky presentation, that IDGAF attitude has been missing lately and I am SO excited for Yvie because of it. We need to break up the competition to see who is looking the most expensive or fishy and reintroduce older, messier, eclectic drag styles.
I don't like the attitude she had on meet the queen's, with the whole "I just found this look on the floor, I don't try or even put effort in", but since then she's been a lot more "this is my style, so I don't care if you don't like it" which is a much better look for her

Ariel Versace wearing the Lizzie McGuire Igloo dress works well BECAUSE in the film, RuPaul's Covergirl (You Betta Work) is the damn background song!!! (granted covered and made safe for work, but still) - The Lizzie McGuire Movie is the first place I heard that damn song because there ain't no way my tiny ass woulda been listening to the stations that would have played it. Seriously. It's both a cute look but also pretty fitting for a RuPaul ENTRANCE look given its where a lot of younger kids might have gotten that sweet sweet gay agenda for the first time lol (i say that, and yet lol)

It's NOT supposed to be flattering, a Hanbok is meant to remove any sense of the feminine form so that you don't attract male attention, a bit like how a Burqua is used in Muslim countries. The way it was constructed also represents how the fabric is tied traditionally.
I'm not just saying this because I like Soju but because there seems to be some kind of desire to force Western ideas on fashion onto a traditional Eastern form of dress, which is crazy. I'm not implying that you're doing so, but I've seen so much of it online that it's really disappointing.

And those things overlap sometimes but she’ll boot things just because *_she_* doesn’t like it, or because she doesn’t understand the drag. I still miss her being there though because their disagreements are entertaining and you can tell they’re truly friends.

Raja and Aquaria have gotten more comfortable with each other, clearly. But it seems like Raja is reluctant to Boot against Aquarias toot. Sometimes Raven will Boot and Raja will go "WHAT?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, YOU HARRIBLE BEAST?!" and they laugh it out. But Raja and Aquaria just kinda talk each other into Neutral ground. Some of these looks needed Ravens meticulous eye. Why aren't we clocking shoes and dress lengths and editing skills and.....I just miss Raven. I just need her attitude. I need more of "That wig is *thirsty*, bitch."

It’s simple. Raja is not as comfortable with Aquaria. She’s not afraid to hurt Raven’s feelings or disagree with her. I also think that Raja might feel slightly intimidated because they’re both fashion queens but Aquaria’s a lot younger. I think Raja might think Aquaria’s hip to some fashion trends that she doesn’t understand. That’s just my theory though.
I also think Raja is slowly getting fed up with always having a different co-star. She started this with one of her very good friends and she has to adjust to a different person almost every time. There’s also queens that she just doesn’t seem to mesh well with at all like Asia or Cameron so she holds back to not seem rude.
@Subscribe125 All I know is that she has been Rupauls makeup artist for a few years now and is credited as Creative Producer for the show. I'm sure someone will comment and tell you exactly what shes doing and where, but that's what I know.
