Laganja's look for Rupaul was made by Marco Marco - amazing how this guy grew upsince then. He does amazing stuff- and covered half of the drag queens and made their concepts real and fucking good. Hail to Marco Marco.
Okay, full honesty’s I’m only at 12:34 (wild coincidence I swear) and I have to comment.
Laganja critiquing Yuhua’s entrance look has me in my feelings. Langanja has always been entertaining on Bootleg but MY GOD has she grown!! It’s perfect critique after another perfect critique and THANK YOU Yuhua for continuing with UA-cam. A few queens have tried and lowkey ditched us but you and Bob have STAYED killing it! Regarding the feather look. I remember seeing it n the runway and thinking it's amazing. Now i think it would have been cool if the ravens had red bedazzled ruby eyes. And if the criws had some shining red blood on thir beaks and talons. It would have contrasted so well with the red hair

Can we theorise what the category for the blue look was? I’m guessing you guys also had a caveman look they never used that season with some of the evil twin looks in the last week and Kalorie’s press look
Monét has spilled that it was told to be signature drag and not best drag. So people wore drag that more represented their style of drag or trademark pieces (Like Monét pussycat wig) instead of their best looks.
i'm assuming it was something like old school drag?
There was a prehistoric and an orange runway. Aquaria, Cracker and Kameron used their prehistoric for their evil twin. Asia used the orange for her good twin and if you see the s10 whatcha packin there were a lot of orange looks, the ones I remember most were Cracker and Aquaria
It could have been Inspirational Drag - drag that inspires you. That would fit with what Yuhua said. Then again, I've heard from very reliable sources that the queens don't all get the same wording for the same categories so there is a variation on the runway. That's why sometimes we see looks that don't fit exactly with what the viewers are told the category is - the reason being that the queen was told something different! 🖤
Any Yuganja content is great, but this is something else. 👍😂

the look at 10:48 is so iconic, the hair and makeup is what i think about still when people say laganja. the fact that the judges didnt say wow this is perfect, i knew back then they just didnt want her to succeed. it was probably the best makeup of the season, in terms of like, subtle, real looking, a full illusion. she was giving kate mulgrew as marlene dietrich, she was giving young maggie smith and joan crawford. iconic.
