- In Seabrook, Texas, an Uber Eats driver was stopped for speeding at 68 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. Admitting to alcohol consumption during the traffic stop led to her arrest for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). The driver's refusal to acknowledge the speeding violation escalated the routine stop into a challenging situation. Despite her claims of being an Uber Eats driver and denying further alcohol consumption, suspicious activities raised concerns. The officer conducted sobriety tests, and the woman failed both the Finger Eye Test and the Field Sobriety Test. Her arrest, protests, and subsequent formal charges of lying and DUI were based on a combination of failed tests and earlier admission of alcohol consumption, potentially leading to legal consequences for both offenses.

Lying is not a chargeable offense unless those statements were made under oath. Lying to cop isn’t illegal until you’re under oath or have been read your rights!

I love it when she says, "Have you ever had someone blow into the breathalyzer and they pass the test and get to go home?" and the other cop says "Yes, sometimes." and she asks the arresting officer if that's ever happened to him and he says, "Nope, they're always fail the test." and her snotty-ass reply is, "My upcoming success? This is going to be your FIRST!"
She then subsequently fails the test and gets charged with DWI.
I love it. Drunk Karen's big expectations of rubbing her breathalyzer success in the cop's face... FAILED, lol.
Go to jail, loser. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. Lose your license for a year and pay a huge fine.

I am amazed that everyone of these disgusting drunks must live in the same neighborhood because they all live just down the street, around the corner, right in that house.
