Ikr her soft high pitch voice has a unique sound when she do lower registers. It may sound airy but the charisma and swag in her voice is present unlike when she do high pitch which sounds cute. I think on cute concept songs she will do high pitch and in girl crush songs like Pirate and First she will do low notes

@@sunsetlover922 No bashing but just based on this video alone, the first line onda sang she was already off key, and that's her just standing there with no dancing. I thought mia was getting too many lines in the beginning too, until I saw everglow's mr removed vids and her singing random songs on vlive. There is a reason why she gets those lines, she deserves them with her skills.
That's really not the only reason the company favors her but also this, yeah... Still not fair xD

I don't see it that often, and really only in the 4th gen set of idols. Everglow Mia is my top, but Winter of Aespa and Dayoung of Wjsn have the clearest singing voices. Hear Dayoung sing no.1 by Boa. She is really good. These three its something about when they singing it just is crisp

@@francisca3427 nope. That is NOT how groups work. They all have positions that they have earned on merit. Yiren & Sihyeon are official visuals so get to do more ending fairies, thumbnails, etc. That is their position. Mia is the MAIN Vocal. She has rightfully earned that position on merit. She has extremely stable vocals (go check out any Pirate MR removed video on YT to compare their live vocals. You will see a very obvious difference). And she has a very versatile range of vocals. She should get more lines based on her skill, position and merit.
You are not helping others by pitying them. They are a kpop group who have positions assigned to them on respective talents.

The only thing between Onda and perfection is perhaps a lack of confidence. I don't know... She absolutely can dance, she sings beautifully, she's gorgeous, but is still missing that sparkle. I hope she can achieve that! Everglow is a powerhouse and deserves to be more successful.

I think she fits more cute concepts, I love seeing her performing "You Don't Know Me" and most recently "Don't Speak", but seriously, I was so disappointed that she had killer visuals on the "Pirate" MV and barely appeared. :S

@Paula Mostert I think I am less biased than you where I saw Onda got center, Yiren got center, and all other members got center.. You may only focus on how much Mia is favourer to the point you forget to notice others.. Onda got fair line distribution compared to last cbs which is I'm okay and I hope they improve with it...

@Paula Mostert she's still so far from "amazing voice" what you can say is that her voice is pretty, which is true. She gets sufficient lines for her skills(don't forget that she's primarily a dancer), just like Yiren. Who I would suggest gets more singing lines is Aisha, her voice is decent and she's underrated and i think her pitch control is somewhat better than Ondas. In conclusion, Onda will never get the same amount of lines as Mia, she might get the same as Sihyeon sometimes(like in Promise for example) but she's never gonna get the same as Mia overall.
Just saying that it’s nice to see stans stand up for Mia. This is proof why she is the main vocal. She’s the longest trainee in YHE. She deserves all praises for fulfilling all her positions in the group with dedication but sadly all I see is the debate about line distribution. All of us sit behind our screens and type comments without even knowing what happens behind the scenes. Have some empathy people and enjoy their music. The girls are wonderful and will improve over the years! See the bond they have with each other. So beautiful! Don’t assume things.

Agreed, some people constantly say "why not give this members more lines" or "Mia just takes all the lines" as if she chooses her own lines. She is an amazing performer and a really good singer, she deserves what she gets.
Plus she is in charge of girl crush, which is the groups image. I feel like Everglow could do harder choreography but Mia is the only endurance dancer they really have. What I mean by that is fast pace dancing or at least intricate. I want a dance like dun dun again. One were all six are on the stage from start to finish

Sihyeon was always a good vocalit but she improved a lot for this comeback second live i've seen and she's serving no slacking. Is there anything Mia cant do? She sings, she raps, she does high notes, she's the best dancer in the group, her stage presence is overwhelming. You go girl. Aisha is sitting to help the average gtoup height xD. Kidding, I hope she gets better soon. The tone she pulls off for the "cause I'm a pirate" at the beginning is what pulls you in to the song. Also her visuals are out of this world. Yiren's getting pretty good vocally. Onda really needs more lines. E:U shivers me timbers gets me every time.

Their live performances prove it. Mia and Sihyeon have very stable live vocals. We Mia fans don't cry when Sihyeon gets more lines than Mia (despite Sihyeon being Lead vocal, not main). So why don't you enjoy the songs rather than making divsions within fandom.
