Aaahh, I see what you're asking. It's a bar end modified to fit in that space under the fork. Yes it's meant to make footjams easier and prevent your toes from being sucked in by the tyre
Just DIY. Grab a spare bar end and stuff it in that space. If it doesn't sit securely, you can wrap electrical tape around it until it it holds itself in place

The video is meant to show the process itself in a way that most people can understand just by watching. If I did a voice-over in my native language or English, not many people in my audience would understand. Hence the subtitles and background music. Makes it easier to follow for everyone

Is that an aluminum frame? What sort of primer do you use for it?
It's a chromoly frame. For primer I use the automotive grade along with the paints as well as is in this particular project

That was a consideration but it wasn't bright enough for the owner. So he went with this instead. Looks much different in real life though
