I'm on Elsa's side and hope he doesn't do Hulk Hogan size. I can't see him coming back from that. It's too big. It we'll make his head and neck too big. The extra mass in his chest will change his physic and hurt his heart, especially the amount of calories he'll have to consume. Also, it makes you look so much older. Doing weights make the harsh expressions they do increases facial muscle. Then this could limit the type of movies he could do or will be asked to do. The wrestling stunts he can't do, his back is not up to it. He is beautiful and healthy now. Why ruin yourself like that. If my comment is harsh, I'm just really concern on his health.
I personally believe we won't get the hulk Hogan Biopic until 2026 or 2027

I hope it doesn't because it wouldn't be a good role for him. He isn't even close to Hulk Hogan's psychique now or even looks like Hulk Hogan. Also, they don't even have the same nationality and live in different countries.

It's in pre-production. Like most of Hollywood films.
Just because a production company announces they're working on a film, it doesn't mean it will be made for the next year.
"The Disaster Artist", a movie I loved, was announced on February 2014. In Spain, It wasn't released till 2018.

Have you ever seen "The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened?". It shows that a movie can be on pre-production but never happen.
Pre-production isn't "Ok, we shot in a few weeks, get ready". It's literally prepare EVERYTHING on the movie.
