Having ur own salon is a huge responsibility but as u have mentioned u r a senior stylist I would like to suggest one thing before u think of having ur own salon ... explore more salon learn the basic techniques to run the business and then get ur own ... India is very backward when it comes to stylist most of the stylist in India are uneducated and unprofessional so I would suggest try work on ur personality.. have that panache within u and then think of having ur own salon ,,,, be a stylist and not barber who sits down the tree and work , be more creative, and the most importantly highly professional... this are the key to run ur own business just because u r a senior doesn’t mean u can run a good business and make a lot of business make ur way in such a way that client should not forget u at all they should get the best experience with u ... all the best

I am planning of schooling hairdressing from UK.
It would be very helpful if you could suggest some institutes over there.
Also, Mumbai base or UK base, which one would be a better option?
For Hairdressing I would always recommend Indian hair dressing institutes as the Asian hair texture is the hardest to deal with in , uk the hair dressing is really very easy cos of short hair color can be challenging but my personal recommendation is to work on Indian hair texture for practice and then move to other types of hair just to be all rounder. Personality is very important to work out of Asia so u need to improve other skill set also I have no institutes that I can recommend to learn but if if there Is one I will let you know stay Tuned good luck with your career

You should do a full Hairdressing course as you need to understand hair completely because of different types of hair and hair services and it will be really great for you as you have already have a base. The course should be specially tailored for you because most of the academy's give similar type of course for all not specially for your personal need. In next part of academy's we will discuss on course details so you can watch next video , I hope that can help you what you choose

A salon is only for hair services. If you want to open salon and spa you should go for skin services course but get a female employee to do the services never do it by your self like facial waxing. Do the course only for understanding And business purpose
