I live in Central Florida. I gotta have a/c I'm doing a v/8 swap in my 89 s10. Not LS swap. Making my own engine mounts. Mine had the 4.3L v6 from the factory. Last night I took all the front sheet metal off. And so it begins. Lol. By the time your done looks like you'll have 50k invested in your S10. You do real nice work on your truck. Really like what your doing on your channel. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos.
Thanks man! That's awesome and good luck with your swap! I would die if I had that much wrapped up in this thing lol. I still have too much in it, but it's definitely less than half that. I appreciate the kind words, and glad you're enjoying it!
Did you buy all parts separately or as a kit?If you don't mind, what was total cost involved to make it run?Seems like a complete bolt in affair once you have all correct parts.
I just found out about that HVAC box panel and found this. It looks like a nice in the pictures and looks to be a good idea to save a few hours of itchy fiber glass work and finishing. Is it vacuum molded abs?
Glad you found it! Im no plastic expert, but it's definitely plastic, smooth on the inside, and textured on the outside. It fits nice too. My final review on the Hooker Blackheart parts will be uploaded tomorrow!
As a welder couldn't agree more, have some pride, for real
Preach brother!
I totally agree with you on the welds for sure we all pay great money for these kits
The o2 bungs are in the mid pipes that come with the exhaust system. I have them as well with the turndowns. Gonna build the rest from there.
Awesome video Sir! Finally someone that wants AC.

You buy everything separately. I bought mine through Summit Racing
Will the ls/4l80 swap accommodate long tube headers?
Hmm 🤔. Did you buy the kit or everything separate? Cause I bought the lvl 2 and it definitely came with the oil pan gasket
Did you not get the steering shift?
I just bought this "kit" as well

Thks for the video
Did your headers work?
The welds are horrible. I just returned a crossmember made by Dingo. Same quality.
