Do you have complete knowledge why Turkey court took that decision? That church was sold by Christians to Sultan 500 years ago. And they still have all the documents. It was sultan's decision to convert it into a mosque.. He had a right to do whatever he like with that property since he bought it, so he decided to convert it into a mosque which is completely legal.
