The architects and planners are constantly working everyday to make the design of THE LINE more real and livable. These architects and planners are from all around the world including India and i know some of them personally.
In future the Line project will be developed in phases and the results from the first phase which will be finished by 2023 will indicate if the Saudi Government if they would invest to complete the rest of the line project.

2:- the tall glass panes doesn't have to be one single pane.
3:- the line doesn't have to be continuous end to end , they can make big openings every 1 or 2 km apart.

I assure that Many projects in NEOM like Trojena , Oxagon and islands can be implemented , may be possible , but i have doubt on LINE , because it is something beyond imagination..
Recently Saudi arabia stoped many projects in jeddah like King Abdullah Economic City (Free Zone) and Jeddah Mile tower (taller than burj Khalifa) for several reasons ..
And saudi arabia should implement many Laws and regulations in order to attract many foreigners and foreign work force , and also it need to abolish Saudization system (a system which many jobs and positions reserved only for Citizens saudis) ..

yes, take all their money with this stupid project, 200 meter wide and 700 meters high and 170km distance. Good luck, how would you take people to Hospitals? on a train. or the garbage from each building with a train? and 20 minutes from one side to another and no need to stop every 2km for passengers getting on and off the train, also schools with train. This project sounds more like along wall and not a city. What about if there is fire inside, do you need to go on the train to exit the city, what about if you lose electricity in a war? will this city cook everyone inside? ..
