Splitting up is what gave Reps and Verhulst a wake up because they had no choice but to perform or get got without Hal. Wouldn't surprise me if TSM leaves Apex. They are a shell of an organization. Once FTX got exposed and regi/TSM lost that money, they started leaving games left and right. The only reason i think they stayed in apex was because they were winning. Now that they are not, i am not sure what will happen. Last i heard, TSM had less than 10 employees.
I'm so confused with their comms. One says one thing the other says another.

Yeah, That's called micro managing. meaning that they manage each individual teammate and where they should be and what they do. Some even down to what they have in their inventory and how many nades and bats each of their teammates have they keep track of who has what. Also calling out to position each player individually and might tell one teammate to go here and another teammate to go there. Sweet and hal IGL like that
Then there are IGLS that macro manage you, they look at the bigger picture, more trust in their teammates and make calls for position as a team and just have a good overall good team chemistry. Micro and macro managing is applied in alot of aspects of life. In a workplace, Different bosses might manage their employees differently
These comms come off like convo took place before the game that they were all splitting and then went and played finals

He’s in the same boat as Mac they both don’t play the game. They both don’t play with other pros. They both don’t stream they both just chill with money from TSM nobody wants to play with Jordan just like nobody wants to play with Mac or Nano or Zack their careers are pretty much over in year 6

@JohnJohn-bz1lq i mean as far as people playing with him, it's all on him and no one else, he always plays first days of split and usually plays with some pretty big names but when it comes to comp obviously doesn't play with anyone cause he chooses not to to just can't, he also just got comfortable and sat in place didn't think the good days of old TSM would ever end

Evan did lack passion back when hal and ravenade him play caustic just anchoring the whole game. Evan got the passion back as soon as he was allowed to play freely. Even with tsm not doing great at champs Evan was the actual kill leader
So losers round 2 doesn't count for you? It's part of the tournament. Doesn't make sense.
People are just grasping at straws, trying to connect playing under hal which was demoralising, to playing without him. There's no correlation to what Hal said to how they played without him.
The biggest issue with them is Evan just wants to fight and zap is being passive. So there's a major conflict there.

So you all forgetting about that TSM was considered the most consistent team in NA (by your beloved streamers incl. Nicewigg) and worldwide together with Alliance since EWC? Finishing strong at ALGS PO 2, being the top team at BLGS constantly, winning as a Duo the LAN by RB, not to mention scrims.
They lacked success since January, well only in champs finals, thats correct...but honestly, a lot of you acting that the bad performance of Champs finals was a constant of the last months...
Quick reminder: While TSM had around 3-to 4 bad weeks last 6 month, the "CEOs team, who was right all along" had 3 to 4 good weeks in the same period - thats all.
Even in Finals they had only good game - without that they wouldnt even reach matchpoint at the end of finals. Of course Falcons stay together with that amount of money (and private masseur? 😅) they getting without delivering anything of value.
So dont exaggarate how "bad" TSM is/was and how right Hal was....

Their coms were just reps yelling as loud as he can and everybody talking at the same time. Nobody seems to be in control. It’s like they have no IGL just 3 players suggesting what to do and they all have different ideas. Reps is a bad castle and should be playing gibby which he is great with. Since Hal left they are just a mid team. Evan may be the best fragger in apex but he needs someone like Hal who’s knowledge and his ability to put them in the right position for end game is truly needed. Their is a reason why TSM was considered the best apex team with Hal, and Hal was called the CEO of apex. You can hate Hal and not like his “rages” but the guy knows how to win. They not winning on falcons cause they have the 2nd best IGL in apex IGLing. And styles are different. When on TSM Hal played zone and got in zone asap while zero likes to play edge. But only way Evan and reps win again is if they can get a real IGL, not everybody yelling what to do. I’d love to see Hal start a new team and get reps back and either get gen, to be the fragger or go back old school and get alb as the fragger or better yet convince Timmy to be his fragger. And maybe Evan can get phony to be his IGL and get his old teammate skittles to join them.
