Less than ten and half grand to create this little beauty well done guys 😍
Why would you put a "Pinto" engine in the Dormy??? Stock or perhaps the victor "over square" engine maybe.
Love the Bedford van, and and its conversion, great job, 🤩It would look great sat on my driveway,
I just bought it in an auction......If you want to buy it get in touch!
@@davidtrunks4758 Need to check my bank balance first !😀
I know that there are a lot of Edd and Ant fans but I think that Elvis is the best of the 3.
Great progress, Elvis !
Derrick is using his good eye!
How many that’s what she said jokes were there I was giggling like a schoolboy lol 😂
I can't look at a Bedford Dormobile without remembering that joke that went with them, you know, coq au vin.
A mechanic Battle would be a great idea.
I like it. Pretty cool. Someone will pay good money for this.
"Colin" is a Renault Megane. Donald for the Dormy.? Does it go any better than the stock job?
Thanks for the gearbox idea for my ca goodford 😄 van
Gotta love Australia brought the Bedford in and crammed a straight 6 in it
All you have to do is watch is the man who turn a van into a burger van
Elvis, Stop wining, That's a easy install, If you consider,Making motor mount a hart thing, I forgot how many I had to convert into different Car's and trucks, I put that same motor in a 48 English ford a Anglia, Bolted right to the Bell housing. I did that before you were Born. LOL
That gearbox tail looked very tight through that hole, I hope it doesn't bang about.
Trevs c a was fitted with 5 speed and moded front cross frames so it cane be done
My dad this on his own without a crane and out in the open .
A good conversion. My father had one of these Van's when I was a kid very slow and underpowered. You have done the best thing for the van. Well done.
Elvis always creams his pants whenever something is F1 related.
I think the people that the Bedford would appeal to would prefer originality. So would I tbh.
And it been up for sale recently at classic and retro auctio
Anyone know what rear axle they used ?
The Hilman IMP had the same cooling arrangement. It was copied from the Fiat 600
Love what you done with Colin. Really would like a Bedford ca Van is there any chance of getting some advice What you done was amazing 👏👏👏👍 Many thanks, Fred
bet Mike had a 3rd sausage
these vans can be still found in Pakistan with toyota 3sfe units under the bonnet
No way will that weld hold up.
TREVS BLOG.
I think 99% of the folks that watch this show and comment….have no clue what there commenting on. Have you pulled an engine before? When is the last time you pulled out spanners and fixed your own vehicle?
I had a transit travel home with a Pinto engine, I called it the gutless wonder. No torque and poor on fuel .
This program was not interesting at all without the host Ed China, no offense.
It went south without him.
Any chance of giving a direing man wish to his brother and a strong enough vehicle to take my brother fishing in iceland on the big ice coald lake there there is another problem im in macclesfield hospital and the funds are llght £200 to £300only period sorry im from congleton cheshire cw124pr
weird editing
🤗👍👏
Why in the hell would anybody bother ?
Comments will be in the form of editing, content, characters playing the part in the show….But nobody know crap about fixing a car themselves…..
