This guy is the perfect CEO for this business. I do software engineering, but hell I'm jealous. This is REAL engineering.
Thanks Brother
Engineering happens before anything gets manufactured. Titan doesn't do any actual "engineering". He makes parts to print and markets his school.
@@OU81TWO This too is engineering and it's the real thing. There are many steps these guys have to calculate and decide on to get parts done at all at speed and precision. It's the wrong attitude to think that only the people in the office matter; this is what went wrong at Boeing for example. Without TITANS of CNC many office guys are useless!
I agree ☝️
@@cornelisvanderbent8569 Programming CNC machines is definitely a skill set but it is nowhere near the skill set required for actual engineering. Sorry to burst your bubble.
Engineers designed and built this world long before CNC was even a thing. They didn't have fancy offices and computers. All they had was pencil and paper.
Congratulations Titan you are a credit to the industry!
I appreciate that!
Titan's energy is UNSTOPPABLE !!
If someone like Titan taught cnc at my local votech I'd sign up yesterday
I'm so freaking pumped to be coming up there!!! I've been to the facility before, but being there during a BOOMBASTIC EVENT?!?!?!?!?! BOOM!!
Let's goooooo!😁
See ya soon Bobby!
BOOM!! As a Calibration Tech this all seems like such an awesome time. I may not machine parts but I still live, sleep and eat tolerances and measurements. Titan is a machine! Lets GO!
Did ya get your ASQ CQI?
@@nemesis91101 I did not, I am looking into it now though. I have been in the calibration field now for 15 years in pharma. I'm going to definitely do some reading on this.
@Tweaked_ej6 I'm at 26.87 with that certification and it never expires. 15 years!? I only had 4 years of experience. I didn't even study for the test. I went home, did 420, played Zelda, and took the test next day passed it on the first try. It's open book. 100 questions 4 hour time limit. Bathroom breaks don't stop the timer. About 10 questions aren't counted against you for getting them wrong so I just picked the 10 that were 100% a shot in the dark. There's a couple trig questions. Helps to have a job that utilizes it. My job doesn't necessarily use most of it often. That's my issue with learning cnc. I'd love to learn it but locally I don't see any good paying jobs for it. Like cmm, if I don't use it everyday, I forget it. And pcdmis is already the hardest to learn on and I hate to waste my time learning something I'll have a hard time getting good pay for unless I open my own shop which does sound cool to make everything under the sun short of aye tee eff audits
@@Tweaked_ej6 yea I'm at 26.87 with that and it never expires. It's open book 100 questions 4 hours long, bathroom breaks don't stop the time. I never studied for it. I went home early from work cause I work 2nd did my off the clock 420, played Zelda, passed the test next morning first try.
@@Tweaked_ej6 10 questions don't get counted against you. I took that test with 4 years experience so you should ace it NO problem
Awe man wanted to check this out! I’ve been in the business for over 36 years and this is top notch level machining!! Definitely you guys know how to raise the bar and it’s helped me to be a better machinist!! I always suggest your videos to younger guys who are thinking about a trade. If this doesn’t excite you well then it might not be for you?? It really excites me after all these years cause there is always something new to learn!! Thank you again Titan and your crew!
Open house is going to be AWESOME!
See you there!
The machine demos are going to be EPIC! 🔥You can’t even witness that type of action at trade shows anymore.
This feels like WWE just smashing metal instead
Gotta bring the Energy… Get people excited about Smashing and Murdering Material
Thank God you're parents named you Titan instead of Sue.
We might be watching state of the art ovens, blenders and dough mixing machines.
.....probably not. 😂
What a huge business you've built from the ground up. Congratulations on your success and thank you for what you're doing for the made in USA machining industry. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Ha😜
Good thing I am 6’2” and not 5’2” with the real name Titan.
My sister is 4’9” and her name is Athena. She lives in Maui where I grew up.
@@TITANSofCNC I'm also 6' 2..... I wish there would have been a Randy in Greek mythology. 😁
Love seeing Titan pump up the younger generation and get them excited/motivated to learn the machinery trades, America needs this so bad.
FUCK!! YOU ARE GOOD!! VERY GOOD!! you make us cnc machinists sound we have the best job ever, I know I've been in the business for 21 years but I've only just figured out drip feeding on a tnc 2500, I just use to do the big programs on my newish dnm5700. But when I found out about drip feeding the sky's the limit with both!! Love you man. Stay real. I love my job even more listening to you bro. Even though I don't cut at your speeds and feeds it makes me put food on my family's table. Thank you so much. Your charisma is on another level as well as everyone else on this channel.
This is going to be EPIC!!
I’ll be there! Working it with Kennametal!
BOOM! So exciting!!
It's all about LEVELS!! This is going to be INSANE!!!
Im 38 yrs old and have been machining since I was 13. I now program multi axis machining centers and Robotics for a Automotive (SME). I could only dream of working at a place like this. That shop layout is absolutely impeccable. Too bad I'm in CA or I would absolutely be one of those 1,600 on the list. "If you love what you do for work, you will never work a day in your life"
Sure wish I could have made it down that way, looks like it will be an awesome event for machining!
SO EXCITED!!!! Let's go!!!
Lets go! Its going to be EPIC!
Disney-world of machine shops... Wish I could have made this one, will have to do the next one.
Next one will be even bigger and better🤠
Congratulations Titian! Bless you in all the Lord gives to your hand.
AWESOME! We are so excited!!
Will you guys do a video tour of the shop now?
So much has changed since the last one.
You definitely need to evaluate if its worth it making this an annual event. There is just so much value in getting to see and experience these different machines and tools pumping out parts.
I just love this guys enthusiasm on machining. I hope you end up as an actual teacher Gilroy. *and God Bless ya 🙏
We had 400,000 students use our free academy in the last 12 months… and yes, I am in some tutorials and many teaching UA-cam videos.
Thanks,
Titan
@TITANSofCNC I love it. You're so enthusiastic and I think thats a huge plus
@@TITANSofCNC I wish I had teachers like you in person teaching this stuff. Really get a guy pumped to learn.
Hey Titan,
Love your vids, man! Thanks for putting in the time and effort. I'm a CNC machinist myself over in Germany. Started out on an old 3-axis DMG machine. Can't lie, it wasn't always fun, but your vids kept me going. Ended up proving myself in my first couple of years and got upgraded to a new 5-axis Hermle machine. My boss sent me to pick it out. Hermle's top-notch in Germany, especially with their table design. Next time you're in Germany, you should swing by Hermle and make a vid about their machines. With your clout, you'll probably get a tour. Just a thought.
Wishing you smooth sailing and many intact CNC spindles.
Cheers, RelEx
Titan - If only all owners of manufacturing did 1/4 of the energy and what you have done for manufacturing. You are a special person. Congratulations on your success, and moving from California to the best state in the USA "TEXAS".
Just awesome Titan you make the world of CNC so exciting. The positive vibe is awesome and after years of watching your videos, 4 years ago i started my small backyard business producing shooting rests. Having someone else machine al my parts. In December of last year my syil x7 arrived and now I'll be produce 60% of my own parts. I truly love The CNC world and wish i had started this 20 years ago. All the best mate to you and you fantastic team.
W. Shepherd (Aussiebenchrests)
While I don't get much out of your videos anymore having been in the trade for ten years or so now, I really appreciate the business and the following you guys have built up and the work you're doing to bring machining into the public consciousness. Not many people even know what this trade is, even my parents and grandparents had no idea what it was when I said I wanted to get into it. Hope you guys remain successful in the future.
It's so refreshing to see you take this approach as opposed to when you were pushing the Haas economy temporary solutions. Now you're someone I look up to!
Grand Rising Grand Rising Cosmic Star's Realm Wide....

Bravo 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Man i really wish i worked for you before i moved on from the industry. Wish you could expand and all manufacturing plants were run like yours! Cheers amigo !
Also is that Swisslube moutain The Matterhorn? That is an awesome show piece!
it is an awesome piece to look at!
OH MAN!!! Going to be epic!
Have a great show guys.
Keep up the great work of educating.
Best wishes from Plymouth, England.
BOOM! Your enthusiasm is off the charts, young man. Well done!
We're super excited about the COOMBASTIC event! We cant wait to meet everyone! See you there!
Yessss LET THERE BE GREATNESS!!!
I was able to visit the Kennametal truck earlier this month. It was super cool. Crazy tooling. They gave me a free shell mill. Wish I was closer to come check out the shop!
We need so many more leaders like Titan across America. Never stop! I’m am freaking stoked to be taking every single one of these courses!!!
You should know Titan, its this group, this channel and the Academy thats pushed me to do more, and to push my workplace to look forward.
We do hydraulic pistons from as small as 5 inches to 32 inches or more, from a measly 2 feet long, to 50feet retracted. All custom made for the client.
And its all been manual programming since i started here. But ive pushed leadership to raise the question of CAM to improve how we program and run the parts. And its cause ive seen the potential for improvements in our process all thanks to you and the team,(even you Barry, love ya man), showing what we as machinist can do, if we only get the chance to prove it.
It wont fix our fixturing(thats an art ive learned the hard way to do effectivly when i only get one shot every time), but it will do a lot for the time it takes to program a job, mistakes when programming and accessability for new colleagues, old and young.
So again thank you
With regards
A machinist, fan and avid watcher from sweden.
Hahaha if you learned anything from ME, you must just be getting started in the trade! HAHAHA thanks for the support!
I learned how to be a machinist because my ex- future father-in-law was a machinist and impressed me with his ability to make cool stuff. Also, my grandfather and a great-grandfather were machinists
Ive only been in the business for soon 10 years, 6 since i started working at my current shop and actually making a name for myself, about 2-3 since i started following you guys, and less than a month since was given the job of handling the purchasing of all our shops machine tools.
Ive been on every machine in the shop, manual and Cnc, and ive been running our ZVH-58 for over 2 years now. So im pretty "new" in a lot of ways, depending on how you view it.
Im a jack of all trades, but im on the road to become a master of one, and its CNC machining.
Titan looking CUT! Good for you dude.
Thanks
Been hitting the gym at 5am everyday and made severe lifestyle changes. There are videos on this channel where ai was 300 pounds… down to 246 today. When I moved to Texas, I was 278
Thanks for the comment.
Titan
Barry said there now wouldn't be any room for me with my big Cheese🧀 head...🤣🤣😂😂
Hahaha we have plenty of room for that giant melon!
Come down… Cheese and All
We’ll be there ! To good of an opportunity to pass up
Can’t wait to see everything. I’ll be there with my wife and teenage son. Last time we visit titan was in California. See y’all soon.
Wish I could be there!
Man O Man ! that is a sweet machine shop ! i really wish i live closer to Titan CNC, i would love to work there
WOULD HAVE LOVED TO COME. Please do this again more!!
@TitansofCNC that sounds like it would be such a awesome open house to be at.
I do have a question, this is directed at newbie machinists as well as veteran machinists? As someone contimplating wanting to get into CNC, it would be a great opportunity to see in person. If i didnt live so far away. So glad you guys are able to do stuff like this.
I loved the crickets when you showed off Donnie lol
Have you thought about getting an injection molding machine? Because as you know that’s another way of manufacturing certain parts for the industry. I guess the 3D printer removes the need for an injection mold though
Yes
You guys are awesome for what you bring to this industry, but more importantly, the way you bring it to the industry.
Thank you
We hosted Kennametal up here in Northern Utah, HUGE success.
I swear to you that I love you guys, and I hope that one day I will be able to attend such occasions and meet you ❤
Dang, I want to go. Well, next time I suppose.
As a machinist for 40 years i am still learning new stuff.
So if you don't want a boring job 😎
Breaks my heart the fact that I'm going to miss this.
I am not a machinist and I want to be there!!!! What energy! Enjoy!🎉
My shop should buy a bunch of those Syil machines, the small footprint really would make better use of our floor space than what we have now.
Titan, I wish the company I retired from, Hardinge, had the enthusiasm you do. I probably would have stayed longer. Good luck and God Bless.
I personally want to see that Walter helitronics in action ….
You the bomb off this industry
Thanks you so much for the motivation you pass and energy you move true the mind off people!
This is going to be epic! 🔥
Wish i could be there ... greetings from the other side of the pond..
seeing this today, then checking my calendar... thanks youtube for suggesting this now
What you guys are doing is incredible!
I have a question: I've been a "machinist" for 6 months, and I have no formal education on the subject of machining, so I don't know what are the right speeds and feeds. I've been told by a colleague that I have to "listen to how the machine sounds in cut" to know if my speeds and feeds are correct. Is it possible to tell if I'm using the right parameters just by sound? And if so, can you make a video giving us examples of what to do, what not to do, what sounds right/wrong, and speed and feed selection?
Thanks for doing what you do, thanks for reading and greetings from Czech Republic.
Refer to the toolmaker's manual first. There is a range given for each material.
Start at the lower end and increase to the higher end as long as the process sounds right and you don't overload the spindle.
How do we machine cd4mcu stainless?
How about a Syil lathe? I own a milling machine and I'm interested in their lathes. Do you adres these also? Thank you! Big fan for years. Best, Job
I really liked to come but it's a bit to far XD, the other site of the world! loved CNC for a time but my old work company f**** it up by not letting me do my job and try to pushing it. So now i'm a lubrication technician. But i'm still so addicted to see you pushing all those chips!!!
they have a lot of machines. But they are still missing an overhead crane. It is really a lot easier if you have to load heavy workpieces into that Heller machine than with a forklift.
Titan is an American manufacturing icon! Guys like him make America great!
Congratulations TITAN , you are the man as a CEO always increase confidence of all industry.....🙏
You're a genius. And you make amazing content.
Always torturing Donnie. But don't forget it's not the size of your...Chips, It's that you know how to use your tool.
😂😂😂😜
Texas Style!!!! blowing the roof off Baby! Come get some! 💥
MABUHAY guys!!! thanks for sharing
I would absolutely love to go, but i just cant afford the trip. Thanks to the team for teaching me a significant amount as a entry level cnc machinist. I probably wouldve lost my job by now otherwise 😂
I cannot wait to see the NEXT LEVEL in action
Titan please, can we have a video-tour of that BOOMBASTIC event? Maybe a short clip from every maschine/ station. For everyone that cant be there in person (im from germany, so texas is a bit far. 😉) Thanks.
Yes
Got it going on in the Lone Star state! Congrats.
I love this guy! Doing the Lord's work!
MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!
Yep… by Making Manufacturing Great Again… In Jesus Name.
Thanks,
Titan
Looks like it’s going to be amazing. I wish I could be there. That’s a lot of awesome talent and Technology in one shop!! Whew😊
Titans Of CNC Kicks ASS
I’m so proud of You guys!
This is serious stuff there!
You do more for USA, then the whole government education system 😂
Thank You!!!
Titan, what do you suggest for someone trying to learn gear manufacturing(hobbing, grinding, etc)?
Gleason Works, Rochester, NY is a leader in gear manufacturing machines. Has been for a long time.
@@berniepragle948 I live in California unfortunately
This is a brilliant and passionate way to enthusiastically design, and create, the most diverse, flexible, functional and most importantly, for free,. i.e. Tax credits and deductions. So not free, but I support the concept, bring the work home, not home to work.
How large is the facility in square feet? Very nice setup with the insulation and blacked out walls/roof.
40,000
8:06 That man is playing Galaga! ... Thought we wouldn't notice... but we did... 😉
Good
Will technical information be portrayed? I'd love to examine some of these machines! I am certified for HAAS but I enjoy the field and this is a playground opportunity to see some of these beasts!
Great B❤❤M cnc all machines 🎉
"But you literally said come in and HIT em 😭" .. "Yes i know, but you still owe us 17,000 dollars, it was figurative. This is extremely expensive equipment".. 😂😂
I hope you will keep on doing this kind of events in the future, I would love to come to one... But I'm from Europa...
I'm a little confused. Is solidcam going to be the new cam software for everything or is it just being used for the Swiss machines?
Solidcam is our partner in software for our Swiss machines and our EDM's!
