    [Humming]
    Woo woo woo woo wooo
    [Speech]
They fear you because you are young
They fear you because you are the future
    How fearful they must be
    That they shoot you children
    How powerful you must be
That they fear you so much
    You are powerful because
You are the generation that will be free
    The violence, the beatings
    The torture, the killings
    All this is
The birth pain of our free nation
Please God, may I live to see it
But if I don't, I see it now
    On your faces like the
    Light of the rising sun
And my heart lifts within me
As if I, too, was young again
    And I know
    Oh yes, I know
    Freedom is coming tomorrow
    Amaaandla! (Awethu) (x2)
    Mayibuye (i-Afrika)
    I-Afrika (Mayibuye)
May our children rest in peace
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
    [Group Singing]
    Ndihlupheke ndinje nje njena
    Ndizilahela kuwe baba
    Amen (Amen)
    (Woza Amen, Amen, Wo haleluja)
    Ndihlupheke ndinje nje njena
    Ndizilahela kuwe baba
    Amen (Amen)
    Woza Amen, amen amen
    Haybo Amen, Hllelujah
    Oh nkosi yami!
    Oh my Lord
    Heh Heh Amen
    AMEN (Lord Jesus Amen)!!

They fear you because you are young, they fear you because you are the future. How fearful they must be that they shoot you children, how powerful you must be that they fear you so much. You are powerful because you are the generation that will be free, the violence, the beatings, the tortures ,the killings. All this is the birth pain of a free nation. Please God,may I live to see it. But if I don't I see it now on your faces. Like the light of the rising sun and my heart leaps within me as it fights towards young again...and I know,oh yes I know. "FREEDOM IS COMING TOMORROW"
Very powerful words coming from this preast,a true recollection of our African heritage as a people. Bound for an Oscars that is embedded in our hearts. Forever African❤

I am back here as a 13 year old child in 2020 crying the same cry of when will we ACTUALLY get the freedom and change we deserve. The system was set up for us as people of colour to fail and we are being treated in this terrible ways for being a COLOUR how is that right. From a young age in school they make sure you know you are different and less than the white man but in reality I am sitting here as the futures first female black president and none can tear me down as Tata Nelson Mandela once said "A winner is a dreamer who never gives up" and I shell not give up on mine✊🏾
