This video includes the following information:
Best possible cleaning of KMDA:
-Ceramic glass
-Vapour extraction
-Cover grille
Remove coarse soiling with a damp cloth.
Remove persistent soiling with a glass scrapper.
Do not apply the ceramic glass cleaner to hot surfaces.
Clean the ceramic glass surface with the Miele ceramic and stainless steel cleaner.
Wipe the ceramic glass surface with a damp cloth to remove cleaning agent residue and dry it with a soft, dry cloth.
Sugar, plastic or aluminium should be removed before cooling down.
If the grease filter sensor control lights up, clean the grease filter as described in the video.
The cover grille and grease filter can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
Reset the grease filter operating hours counter.
Some models also have a charcoal filter. Replace this filter once it has reached the end of its life.
If liquids e.g. milk come into contact with the charcoal filter, replace it.
Reset the charcoal filter operating hours counter after cleaning.
