I have severe allergies...for 70 of my 70 yrs...I've eaten the same 12 things, for 11 yrs now. I don't eat out EVER..You can't, CONTAMINATION happens. Common sense. This family wants money, nothing more , nothing less. You can't rely on other people to know whats good for you in public situations.
If you have a severe food allergy really don't eat out at all. prepare your own meals even on trips. You've no idea if some spice might have some product. Best to not risk it if you are that allergic.
And there can also be cross- contamination. In Atlanta, Ga. A man notified the server of an allergy, and he ended up dying. The name of the resturaunt was " spondiffits"
I have to say if I was a judge I wouldn't allow the food to be brought in as evidence. it wasn't kept in a place that was neutral to the case. anything could have been done to that food once it left the restaurant. anything could have been introduced into it and then Frozen. I can't see how they could possibly allow it to be used in the case.
Ok. Your wife collapses shortly after leaving a restaurant. In all the ensuing confusion and turmoil , you somehow manage to hang onto her dog bag from the restaurant? Even after the hospital, you take it home and put it in the freezer? Let’s say I believe this key evidence was preserved. To me, it’d be evidence that he put something in her meal! Honestly, me and my wife of 32 yrs have been to 10-12 restaurants this year. Oddly enough we don’t have evidence of those meals in our freezer. 😂 *my wife has a severe fish allergy. But never thought to store samples of every restaurant meal for future lawsuits.
If I had severe food allergies the last place I’d be eating is Disney World.
She was a doctor without an Epi-pen?
I recommend anyone with severe allergies to carry an Epi pen on them too unless not allowed at that facility.

well how can you say he didn't mess with it within that year?
The last thing anyone should do if they have severe food allergies is eat out at restaurants
💯

Pay the disgruntled server and he will sing like a 🦜
Most resturaunts train theur servers to notify the kitchen of allergies.
*their 😂 proof read before you submit.
Hers seemed like a long list of allergies, & quite the verity of foods. Sorry but in that case, don’t eat at a restaurant.

Frivolous lawsuit. Frozen food is inadmissible.
Nah, chain of custody is broken, that's not going to make it in. SMH
Agree that sample could have been tampered with.
Obviously "it's food so good it's to die for".
Disney lawyers will have a field day with this...Evidence was kept frozen in some guys freezer for more than a year? No issues here.
But isn't it on Disney Property??
You act like Disney has never been sued before. Disney will just pay them to shut up
@@groyper6567Yeah, like all those little kids that got molested by pedos.
I am sure it’s not tampered with
Someone saw LAWSUIT and Big money coming.
