As a Newcastle fan I have no issue with this at all.
The back and forth between Pickford and the Newcastle fans has gone on for years. He was getting the usual stick all the way through the game, so I see no issue in him giving it back after Everton beat us.
I have no doubt that he will get shit at St James’s later in the season.
