I've uploaded this just because I thought it was a sweet scene, not to violate any copyright or anything
They were so cute together. I was so mad he just left her pregnant and didn't say a word. You're not a man if you leave your baby. Even if you decide to not be with the mother, be a father to your child.
But that's the point of why he left as far as I understood. After seeing Cesar's family (where the baby was going to stay) he realized it was better if she gave the baby up for adoption, and Daya wasn't going to do that if he stayed with her.
The whole point of him leaving was to give the baby a better life, although I agree that it may had been better if he spoken about tt with her before disappearing

@@igglye6805 That's what they wanted, but it wasn't possible. If the baby stayed with him they would've asked where it came from, which could cause him to end up arrested because the baby's mother is an inmate and he's a cop where said inmate was. Basically it was illegal so he couldn't take care of the baby

@@mimi42428 he didnt wanna step up for the baby, she framed pornstache and fucked him so everyone would think it's his baby and hed take the fall for Bennett and served prison time. After she had the baby pornstache and his mom still adopted the baby and even tho he knew she wasnt his he still wanted to raise her, my respect went up for him after he stepped up when bennett didn't

+Emily Fenn The way they had him abandon her in the show was lame and completely out of character. I know they wrote him out because the actor was filming for a different show. Maybe he will come back who knows...but I feel they could have had him leave in a different way other than how they did.

I know the actor in real life though started filming another show. I guess he didnt want to be in orange is the new black anymore? I dont know why, because its such a popular show you would think he would stay on it.

+adriemeer he visited Dayanara's family and the person that was going to take care of his baby threatened another boy in the family with a gun and John didn't want his kid to grow up that way, he didn't know what to do so he left.hope this helped
