This build is so awesome!! As someone who got into Yugioh during the GX days, I’m still kind of old fashioned in that I don’t like having my decks built up with non-thematic cards, and the Six Samurai were the 2nd deck I ever built so to see this deck profile that consists of pretty much only Six Samurai cards - it’s just awesome ^^ I’ll be trying this one out myself for sure!

Bro i thought the same thing! Couldnt trust my eyes when i looked up the old vid and found a new one. Sadly Isolde is gone still a fun Deck. I like it got a bit more casual without isolde cause my freinds got mid rouge decks and get stomped there
Six Samurai is still my all time favorite deck. It was the deck I played at my very first Regional back in 2008. My first round I beat my opponent 2-0, I utterly obliterated him, but I ended up losing my next rounds and won all of his and ended up winning the whole regional haha. It was still super fun and great to say I beat the person who won, even though my record was dog poo. I am glad to see that Six Samurai can still be played and now I need to look into getting all the cards for it.

This was my favorite deck back when i was starting out as a duelist! They really missed with half of the secret six samurai support, but it would be great if they gave the deck more extra deck cards worth summoning. Their fusion is so underwhelming
I feel the same way. Isolde had helped me with powerful combos and strategies with the divine Phoenix blade. However, we just need to adjust to the situation.

Just one question? If you're running Asceticism of the Six Samurai, then why not run Elder of the Six Samurai and Kagamusha of the Six Samurai? Love your list and trying to keep the deck relevant. Keep up the great work. 👍
If I followed this deck list I would add 1 extra main deck monster to my deck so I don't always lose...the monster I would add is a pendulum that plays along with the Solemn cards and allows for a free solemn cause I have played without the pendulum before but have never won a single game after playing a solemn card sadly enough
I’m sorry but am I the only one who still sees value in the double edged sword technique trap? You special two samurai’s from grave and they die at the end of the turn and you take damage equal to their attack points. HOWEVER if you use those two samurai’s for an extra deck summon like shi-en or battle shogun then you don’t take damage cause they’ll be back in the grave anyway
Yo I think you should cut Naturia Barkion and make it Muddy Mudragon. And take out that link for a Red eyes dark dragoon. That will open your plays to either make a negate that can't be targeted or your spell and trap negate depending on which is better in the situation.

@frederickwalz8785 it will be a difficult adjustment, though the six samurai deck will thrive.

it still feels hard without isolde , with her summon was extra tokkens on the field, that right now are missing some times with bad starting hand
It is hard, however, with aesthetica of the six samurai, and the temple of the six will be to give the deck some synergy.
