Tysvm finally i found a healthy and wholesome recipe im so tired of buying $23 hars of repashy bug burger that lasts maybe 2 weeks at most. I have alot of feeders. Plus i want my bearded dragon and my reproduction colony to be auoer healthy and keep producing. So ive been doing just fresh vegetables and surprisingly they absolutely LOVE everything i grow in the summer so its way better for them then what repashy is pushin. Thanks for showing me how to do it the gel way. The bananas go bad super fast so this will save me money. So tysvm for your time!!! Also if you have super worms and the beetles producing more worms, the beetles LOVE ham. YES HAM. Even hot dogs. The beetles arent fed to our reptiles so ive tried different stuff that is cheap and those are pretty damned cheap and it gets them breeding faster i noticed. Thanks again.

I would play around with it. It was somewhere between a 3/4 cup and 1/4 cup. Some bugs like porcellio scaber isopds like more where as Dubai roaches requires less as it can cause high amounts of uric acid in the feeder roach/bug

Probably a stupid question, how long do they take to thaw before using them? Or can you pop them in frozen?
If I’m putting them in the freezer, am I right in saying I’d need to defrost them before use?

Did something similar recipe. Just wondered, like on average,, how long does one cube last for a small collony(about 50-100 crickets)
Does this count for the liquids too?
Just throw the cube in and that is it?
It replaces it yes. All the nutritional needs in it including hydration. You can also mix it up that's just what I added at the time.

What was the amount of fish flakes and oats used?
I dont remember entirely. It was a cup of oats and I think 1/2 cup of fish flakes.
