    It's a shame that the sound was so up and down on this video but, that said, Billy Collins is always such a delight, so down to earth real, as well as brilliant. Thank you for sharing it!

    I love to hear this man talk period, but that advice on front loading manuscripts was particularly helpful

    Much of this interview reminds me of the interview George Plimpton did for The Paris Review with Billy back in 2001. The interview can be found by Googling "Plimpton Billy Collins."

    Tell her to put her gosh awful 4X6 question cards away. Sorry to break this news but she is embarrassing herself thinking she is important and is otherwise annoying the rest of us. For goodness sakes, this is Billy Collins.
