FORGING A WOOD CHISEL

In this video I forged a wood chisel, a tool widely used in Joinery, Carpentry and other woodworking.
I used a small piece of spring (5160 steel), and a handle made of pine wood.
The design of the chisel was based a little on the japanese chisels, where on the back of the blade there is a "hollow" area that facilitates sharpening, and the rim on top of the handle, the rim helps to prevent the wooden handle from breaking during the use.
I kept the textures and marks of the forging, this ends up creating a small surface to protect against oxidation, and it is aesthetically beautiful. " I guess " (:

Ao meu ver, o tratamento térmico passou da temperatura de uma olhada na ponta do formão tem tipos de bolhas, isso indica queima só aço
