Today, July 29th, day the Catholic Church commemorates Saint Martha, I accidentally find and listen to this video. But is it really a coincidence? In Italian, we say DIOINCIDENZA, I guess in English its a GodIncidence. Today God spoke to me through you Dan, I am so grateful, I needed this. He pronounced my name twice and said to me 'listen now'! You are Martha, convinced that everything depends on you, always complaining, you are a nice human, but you can be much more, I came to this world because I wanted you to be more than a human! I want you as you are, dont change a thing, but Martha the power of my love for you will make Mary shine, Martha will still be there, but so little that only you and Me will see her. I keep both of you in my Heart and love both of you, but I beg you, surrender to me! I hear myself answering: I surrender to You my Jesus, I love you with all my troubled heart! Come Jesus change me, let me be your Mary serving you day and night! ❤
I have to disagree with you about the part that you said about protesting and doing something is purely political.. I think that is wrong.. I can see how if taken to the extreme it could be not good.. but as a participant in the March for Life in DC for ten years now.. we have definitely seen the fruits of our labor.. I’m from Mississippi and have participated in ridding our state of its last standing abortion clinic and our state was responsible for putting an end to Roe vs Wade.. but it didn’t come without action.. Prayer also.. you have to undergird your actions in prayer.. but you have to let your voice be heard which means coming out of your prayer closet.. sword and shield in hand and putting boots on your prayers.. some things call for dramatic actions.. even Jesus walked into the temple and turned the money changers tables on end.. He didn’t go to a quiet place to pray unless that came later.. action is called for.. prayer is called for .. this is Spiritual Warfare and must be addressed on the spiritual realm but also in the physical realm..and I’m afraid it’s going to get worse!!
