I had no idea what you mean with full size? I recommend start with playing the storry - Focus events, join an Armada to look what characters are give the most damage ingame. Also have a look in dps counter in pvp.( Pvp is endgame) Not Focus at the begin, its just for find good teams.
Yes there is only a glb for NA. Glb has never exist. And one for Asia. The game ping doesnt effect the gameplay but its better use the server what is more near you. Eu- Na 280ms Eu- CN = 500ms but no Problem at all .
Is the Level resonance feature already available globally now or only in China?
The new update is coming mid or end of next month. (15-31.1.2025) And more info about what will happen in future with the game.

@kojiro77x 6,5 gb its a small game but there should a bigger update coming soon include new ui and lots of other things.
