So fines/debt wont affect the sponsor's eligibility? Weve been married for 6 years but unable to live together. Does that account for anything? He had to fulfil a 3 year ban (PIC 4013 and 4014) ended 3 years ago. Do we have any prospects at all after that? Thank you
