This is a great video!!!! Love the round beads. Thanks for sharing all your hard work and time into perfecting this bead. A special thanks for sharing the paper weights and measurements! Gina you are truly awesome!!!
I have one of those, it's called a Quilling Tool, I did a whole door curtain out of paper, took me 11 weeks, I also did one with glass beads. And it is really Adictive.
I found out the hard way, that some varnishes or whatever you use to shine um up, some won't stick to some certain glues . Maybe do a spot check on um- rolled price of the planned paper to be used. Just a fact,
@@BeyondBellieBeads I really really really want to make those beats on your tutorial for round rounder and roundest beads I cannot make those beads if you do not tell me the dimensions you were using with your specific tools they only have the color on the bottom
I love the barrel beads that you made with the green tipped roller. Now do you have to cut different dimensions of paper then you did for the round ones? I mean I guess you would have to. I work with polymer clay and have been attempting to make some whiskey barrel beads. But it's really fiddly. I would love to try to make some with paper.
Really nice video. Just starting out with bead making since being a kid (50+ years ago!) could you give links to the rollers please also the ‘petrifier’ that you mention. I’ve seen a glazing technique of stringing beads on sewing thread and dipping in thinned modgepodge - is ‘petrifying’ something more?
Hi Gina, I know on one of your other videos you investigated the weight of different paper. I was wondering if you know the weight for single card stock paper by American Crafts. I bought it at Joann's. I tried calling the company but no help there.
Hi Nathalie! Thanks for your support of my channel. I only use rollers from www.jpfun.com/ I found these new rollers from JPFUN were much easier on the hands. Enjoy rolling!
Beautiful beads... I too have a cricut, how do you program these exact measurements? Also do you sell svg's? It's always an issue with other svg's from sellers with other cutting machines. I have a terrible time with it.
Yes I agree with purchasing SVG from others. I do not sell svg at this time perhaps in the future. I found creating a svg. In. A cricut format changes during the convertion process and I worked hard on my measurements to remain precise. That is why my rounds are very round. Inkspace, I heard is a great place to start to create SVG.i share all my cricut measurements on my paperbead group on Facebook. I invite you to join. Paperbeadsbornpretty
Hello. Do you have any wood hardener solutions available in stores? Embossing powder than hit it with a heat gun will also give it a nice shiny glass look. I would say any 2 part epoxy would give it a glass look but be careful when working with those chemicals.
The thing that frustrates me the most is cutting the strips! I hate this job.😔😔 I know most American crafters have invested in an electric machine that measures & cuts but here in Europe, they are too expensive.
I certainly can understand your frustration. That is why I started my business of selling strips. I had a lot of requests because that was the one part my customers disliked was the cutting of paper. I wish I can offer a better solution for you but perhaps doing it in increments of 30 strips per hour and rest? Enjoy your creativity and have fun!
You DO know that all you have to do is go to a hardware store and buy these open-ended ‘cotter’ pins, right? Just glue them into a handle. I’ve used bamboo, empty pens, anything that I have around the house. What these ppl online are charging for these simple bead rollers is criminal! Crafting is suppose to be about using what you’ve got, hacking expensive tools and reusing things to keep them out of landfill!
Yes I agree! That is also why I found a way to sell Paper Bead rollers for only $5 . These are not my rollers in this video, i was helping promote another youtuber by using them. They are sturdy and my crafters can enjoy rolling without breaking the bank.
Awesome demo. You are a very thorough teacher with easy techniques. Thank you for sharing your expertise.
Thank you

You r explanation is very clear. Pl let me know the measurment in length and width to be cut
So when you dip them in the PC petrify, do you have them on a string? What is the best way to do that?
Great video! Thanks for sharing . your beads turned out beautiful !!!😍 i love Kelly's rollers too😉
Thank you Gina. I roll the same direction. “Duck lips” lol. Blessings.
Do you have a video on how to cut your paper strips
I do have tutorials on Cricut but not how to cut by hand.
Like this video very much. Thanks
Thanks a lot for your video...
Thank you for watching and your support of my channel.
Great video! Can you give the length of the tapered end? You only gave the measurement for the wider end of the strips.

Thank you for your kind words and supporting my channel! 🌼❤
Thank you for the tutorial. Is there a reason you give the length of the strips in inches and the with in millimeters ?
Hi! the mm makes for more of a precise measurement. I hope you enjoy making some
The colors 😍
Cannot find the link below for Kelly Phillips
my apologies. I no longer use her rollers.
I switched to www.jpfun.com/
more comfortable for my hands
@@BeyondBellieBeads so you just erased the video that you made to tell us the dimensions of the tools?

Hi Gina, I know on one of your other videos you investigated the weight of different paper. I was wondering if you know the weight for single card stock paper by American Crafts. I bought it at Joann's. I tried calling the company but no help there.
Cardstock typically starts at 65lbs
@@BeyondBellieBeads Thank you so much for this info on the paper weight. You are so very helpful and informative.
Your so welcome! Anytime. We are all in this together figuring it out so if I can help in any way thats great!

How do you make a round tissue paper beads
I never tried it but I would suggest a cardboard back on the tissue paper to give it stability.
How do I access the links to supplies? Thank you
