Hi Thomas.question= SIGNAL BAR Rule??=Long entry, entry bar must tick one or more ticks below previous bar? ===Short entry=entry candle must tick one or more ticks above previous bar? Candle is color of direction of intended trade. ?
Thank you for your videos. I have a question: When you have a New High > 1EL > 2EL. I realise that the count resets if the any bar in the sequence touches or goes above the New High level. BUT what if the swing low of the 2ne Entry is Above the swing low of the first entry, but both are below the level of the New High. Is this still valid? OR does the swing low of the 2nd Entry need to be lower than the swing low of the 1st entry. ?
Do you pay attention to the type of trading day it is? I.e today was a trending trading range day turned reversal day. The initial price action was trending down mostly weak and after reversing from the measured move down, it became really strong and gave lots of with trend opportunities
Yes I do. Its part of the overall market structure analysis. I do the Macro and Micro analysis. Macro is the overall daily structure and Micro analysis is the smaller recent channels and patterns.
Hey Thomas, just a question at 9:05 and 16:27 you indicated 2EL. I understand that they are strong bull signal bars but according to two legged moves, shouldn't the signal bar break the previous bar which it did not in the two instances?
Hey Thomas, may I ask why did you take HL at 9:50 when there is red signal bar for it? The green candle broke above previous red candle so wouldn't it be the signal bar?
I've watched a lot of your videos and am really trying to get the concepts. I still have 2 questions: When you say "price needs to make a new extreme" after a break of the channel, what exactly do you mean? And also, how do you tell if a 2nd entry fails? How do you know it's not going to continue?
New high means prices create a High (outside the channel after break) that is higher than the highest high (inside the channel prior break) New low means prices create a Low (outside the channel after a break) that is lower than the lowest low (inside the channel prior break)
Hey, I'm currently trading in the MES and I get 1.65 net points per contract in a 2 points scalp, anyone trading in the ES could tell me the net amount of points per contract in a scalp?? Thanks!
4:33 from the upward trendline you drew, price did break of structure and formed a new high, according to trend line rule price is expected to go lower, why didn't you take it into consideration? Plus in other videos too there've been setup's like this but you seem to kinda ignore them, any reason?
Hey Thomas, how come at 1:13 you say that we cannot go long? We had a 2nd entry long and are we not expecting a new high to be formed? How do we know when the up trend or down trend played out.
the uptrend made a new high already you see his mark and bias is down, I could see a possible range at that time too with fail break higher with that top
10:30 I mean Buy at the bottom and Sell at the top.
Wait what? Oh geez i've been doing it wrong the whole time! 😂 Thanks Thomas! Have a great weekend.
@@spyguy4278no..no...you aren't wrong.
Rather it's quality of retail traders , when we buy that becomes high and when we sell that becomes low🤪
nice day to end choppy week, took 2 setups today. ended the week without losing trade. all thanks to you Thomas ! I’m grateful for your guidance.
Good catch on that Key Level resistance line @ 4:33. I will train my eyes better. Thanks for all you do.
I like the emphasis on the 2EL at 16:23
Took the first HL at 0:57 myself, 1 and done for the day. Truly perfect price action today. Great weekend Thomas!
Quite helpful again. Thanks Thomas!
Thanks TW, have a nice weekend!
Have a good weekend, Thomas. God bless
Thanks for sharing 🙏🏿

Signal bar(bullish) needs a break above its high, not previous bar.
Signal bar(bearish) needs a break below its low, not previous bar.

As a non-native english speaker, I wish I could understand these videos without needing the subtitles. It would make them much more enticing.
Thanks dude

No.
Signal bar needs a break above its own high. It doesn't have to break above previous bar.
Hey Thomas, may I ask why did you take HL at 9:50 when there is red signal bar for it? The green candle broke above previous red candle so wouldn't it be the signal bar?
I took it as double bar entry above the bullish bar.

New high means prices create a High (outside the channel after break) that is higher than the highest high (inside the channel prior break)
New low means prices create a Low (outside the channel after a break) that is lower than the lowest low (inside the channel prior break)
hi, i have a question, how do you know that a bar is an entry short before the bearish bar appeared after it

Too many interference lines

What do you mean? We expected new low. It was taken into consideration.

I agree with what trader said. I would add that stt down is also in play.
@@operationsin The new high was formed after those 2 giant wicks that tested EMA and then made a new high correct?
