These models are from monster hunter world the board game. I'm a Kickstarter backer, and also a backer for the iceborne board game as well The board game isn't released yet, it should release this year. Iceborne is set to be given to the Kickstarter November of next year and will probably not be on retail until mid 2025
@@bisongaming729 thats so interesting. I think i saw something about it a while ago. So do you get the figures for backing the campaign? And by chance do you have a link to it so i can make sure to support it? The figures look really good!
@@redawn5789 the campaigns have already finished for both this game and icebornes board game, so it's too late to back them The models are not from the campaign, but literally a product of the board game, so when it releases you'll be able to buy the board game and all the models involved with it. The exception is kulu ya ku, the only Kickstarter EXCLUSIVE monster. Other than that, the Kickstarter exclusive models are all alternate models for hunters, some palico models to use instead of the palico tokens in game, and poogie When world releases this year on retail, it'll be separated into different sets. The wildspire waste and ancient forest sets each have 4 separate monsters and hunters, the hunters arrival expansion includes the other 6 remaining weapon types not in the other sets so that you can have all 14 weapons to play with, and then nergigante, teostra, and kushala daora are each solid separately iceborne is much much much bigger than the base game, and has 24 new monster models compared to the base games 12, unfortunately, a whopping 4 of them are Kickstarter exclusive, and another 6 are not releasing right away with the rest of the game, but are wave 2 expansions instead, it's also not even coming to the backers for an entire year and a couple months
